this misstatement discredits your entire post First of all I said "We all know swooping is the leading cause of death, or close to it." You edited out the "close to it" part. Second, landings are the leading cause of death according to dz.com, and swooping is very much in line with landing. Drop Zones are businesses, and the DZO's have the right to implement any rule they feel necessary to protect their business...even if its banning high speed approaches. I dont think Brian is thinking this issue through from a business owners perspective. Death at a DZ in front of spectators isnt good for business. We all know swooping is the leading cause of death, or close to it. Plus swooping isnt a right...its a privelege when you do it on someones elses property jumping out of someone elses plane. I don't believe in magic. I do believe in God, however, mainly because the evidence of designed creation screams it. Just like I believe a painter had to exist for there to be a painting or a builder had to exist for there to be a building. You, on the other hand, have to believe that something came from nothing, exploded, and became an organized everything. That seems unreasonable. Psalm 14:1-3 No one has ever prooved there is a God. those arent integrated into ebay. paypal has you by the balls in that respect. most pepole will not buy on ebay if they dont see paypal as an option. i've been doing this for a long time....so i see the trends. paypal has a monopoly on ebay....and they make my life hell sometimes 7 ounce wonders, music and dogs that are not into beer

I had $40K in unwarranted cahrgebacks done. When the buyer reversed the chargebacks AMEx sent the money pack to paypal, and paypal was supposed to return it back to me. Well paypal continuted to claim they didnt have my money. Once I got all the parties involved including a lawyer we found out that paypal DID after all have my money, but also was excersizing its made up right to hold on to money for 75 days. They do this so they can invest the money that doesnt belong to them, In this case the chargebacks were unwarrnted,a nd were supposed to go back into my account immediatly after being reversed. I had to get a lawyer to make that happen. That was my money. This is one of the million issues I have with paypal. 7 ounce wonders, music and dogs that are not into beer

Their checks and balances system has imposed on my business to the point I am losing significant money every fucking day! Edited to say: I've done thousands of transactions, and 90% they smoothly, but the times it doesnt, it hits my pockets so hard! And the fuct up part is that most of the time its neither the buyers or the sellers issues. Let me tell you a story about how paypal help on to $10K once claiming it didnt have my money.
