HEHE! Me? Tats? Okay, well maybe one...or perhaps three! At least one more when jumping slows down so I can spend the $$ on it, cuz it's gonna be a doozy! And let's see, navel ring that didn't work out (heal) so that was gone..did that twice (besides, now I see 12 year olds with them so that's too weird for me to want one now!), tongue ring and nose ring now . Would like an eyebrow ring too, but don't want to give a prospective employer TOO much to gawk at, so holding off on that for now. :) I also intend on getting a clit ring soon, also when I can spend the $$ ... It's all good fun :) Hair, body, whatever...it's just my package, not me :) Decorating it is fun! I just do different things when I get bored with what I've seen every day for too long :) Gotcha Pyke :) (Oh, I see Merrick beat me to answering..lol) A new page! Bi-Plane pics!

Woohoo Zen! Now, on the other hand, you realize you're the only one in the same classification as Skreamer? Now do you really want that 'honor'?! hehe A new page! Bi-Plane pics!

I haven't been to very many DZ's, but I would certainly elect my home DZ (Oklahoma Skydiving Center) as an excellent one! You can look at their safety record and see how much everyone there really cares about you having a good time and getting down safely! That's where all my friends are, and the reason they are friends...because they are all great people who were there for me when I needed it. From the DZO to JM's to just fellow jumpers, they all helped me when I was going through such a hard time in my progression. The DZO sat down with Merrick and I and talked to us about the best solution to help me personally. He worked with me to get me through it, and to get me on my own canopies. The coach/JM spent a great deal of time with me, jumping with me and spending time on the ground teaching me, until I finally beat it and learned all the things about safety that I needed to know. Everyone else gave me their shoulders and ears when I needed to talk or a hug. Everyone, even families, occassionally get upset with one another, and that's what we all are, one big family. It's gonna happen. But true friends are the ones who you can look to when you really need it, and there they are despite any differences. P A new page! Bi-Plane pics!

Ah, gee, thanks Clay :) Perhaps I'll try that with Merrick..he seems to always space when we're having one of our 'talks'. Gee, wonder why....lol! A new page! Bi-Plane pics!

I imagine Bill Gates, for instance, could write a book about that subject! :) He's still filthy rich, the lucky bastard! I actually thought about this a little...it's rather flattering that my opinion on anything would matter to anyone that much! Gee...I guess you guys *do* care. I'm touched! {sniffle}

Bwahaha! But how about a refresher course? You tend to have to consistently retrain the men to keep things going LOL! BTW...of course we're evil! This is new news?? hehe A new page! Bi-Plane pics!

Wow. Did your friends go ahead and jump there?! I think I probably would've saved my tandem for another time and place! I'm actually starting to get a little saddened by some of the attitudes I've gotten from certain people in the skydiving business. So much so, that I've actually reconsidered the entire sport altogether if this is the way things are everywhere. Just today I hear a rumor of someone who is upset at me over something I said on these forums (which was simply an experience I had and the facts of that experience) and called my DZO to complain apparently. This person could very well have contacted me personally, but did not. And my opinion is that all of us post positive, and negative, experiences we've had here and if you don't want to see something negative, don't make it that way. I've seen a lot of good things written about L & B and the service they provide. I heard from Freaksis about the service she received from the Dolphin manufacturer when she needed adjustments, getting them done within a day of their receiving it. I guess my point if people like the DZO in Vegas want to have a good reputation, they should earn it. Things like what happened to you WILL get out, regardless of whether it's on here or elsewhere. I certainly wouldn't go to Vegas now to jump if that's the 'welcome' I'd receive! P A new page! Bi-Plane pics!

Hey thanks for the responses guys! It's really more of a dream then a possibility that I would get to do it...but just thought I'd get some feedback in case the opportunity ever did actually come up. On one hand...it would be in Kansas, and there's *all kinds* of flat open space there. On the other, finding a pilot who'd let me open the door was one thing I had heard might be difficult to do (I actually jumped from a plane with a 'pilot-in-training' not long ago, and was on his second load ever. He was still a little freaked by the first bunch that went!). There were a lot of things you guys brought up that I hadn't thought of though. It definately wouldn't be worth the risk at this point in my skydiving career it sounds like. Perhaps one day when I get my 'skygod' status? Then again.... Perhaps I'll continue dreaming ... :) A new page! Bi-Plane pics!

Hey thanks...actually I AM interested in learning about it. I am always interested in learning anything new. Whether it's something I decide later to pursue further or just say, "Hey, know what that is..not interested," at least I know something about it to be able to make an honst decision :) A new page! Definately Pyke! And as a woman bartender, it's always 'profitable' to show your 'wares' just a bit with a lower cut blouse! Nothing like being a woman with the booze and money to make a man drool! LOL! A new page! Bi-Plane pics!

Um, huh? I'm going to have to read up on this whole Zen thing...where's some good info on it Zennie? A new page! Bi-Plane pics!

Out of curiousity, has anyone ever been able to talk a pilot into 'dropping you off' in a place other then a DZ? I'm going back home for 'relative work' this weekend and am seriously considering calling the small airport there to see if anyone just 'happens' to be flying this weekend, and if they would mind 'an observer' coming along who just 'happens' to decide she's done with the ride at about 10,000 feet or so. What sort of fines would be involved for the pilot and myself in such an instance (and we were caught)? A new page! Bi-Plane pics!

ROFL! Ah, no pictures were taken that evening :) Perhaps a re-creation could be arranged for a small fee....lol A new page! Bi-Plane pics!

Wow! Glad to hear you are okay!! That's kinda what happened when I tore my rig...got caught on something while diving the door and just felt a tug (no one believed that I really had when I told them later..thought I'd just screwed up our exit and was making excuses..lol) Careful guys! ROFL!! Alright! Best $20 I ever spent too! hehe! I have a theory about which is yours Speaking of....the funniest $70 bucks I ever made was when I was waitressing at this bar and grill. A group of very drunk guys offered to pay me to pour water over my white t-shirt (bra-less of course). I didn't even have to stand there for more then 5 secs and had another bartender friend 'stand guard' so no one tried to touch. Boy, 70 bucks just to see some wet ta-ta's! I even took one of the guy's t-shirts to put on afterwards. LOL! The only 'proposition' I ever accepted in my years of bartending/waitressing...and there were some interesting (profitable) ones. :) A new page! Bi-Plane pics!
