  1. Are you talking about an articulated fit? Stay high pull low
  2. Beyond demo'ing the hell out of different canopies, things that might affect your decision could include customer support, dealers (say, location-wise) or where you are, the states or england or whatnot (I'm typing this before checking your profile to see) Good places to start would be PD, Icarus, and Aerodyne. Let us know what you're thinking! Stay high pull low
  3. Go demo. Demo some more. Demo some more after that. Maybe a little more. Buy something. Stay high pull low
  4. Awesome. What size container do you have? I've got an I33 with a PD143 in it; I would assume the width of that flap on my container would be smaller but not by much.. Stay high pull low
  5. Able to post a pic sometime? Would appreciate it Stay high pull low
  6. Anyone have one on an Infinity? I feel like I remember reading it wouldn't work on one.. Stay high pull low
  7. Go pro on the mudflap works nicely, usually fits damn well so it almost looks like it's meant to be there. Only works while flying vertically obviously. Stay high pull low
  8. Get him in this thread! Stay high pull low
  9. And on the other point about the time period before you get your license, well it isn't quite the license that says that insurance information on the back, it's the membership card, aka you need to have a USPA membership. Most DZ's require you to becoming a member before AFF. Stay high pull low
  10. Anyone have a link to it? I can't find it onthe tube anywhere. Not sure what team it is but it's an SDC Otter.. If you don't know what I'm talking about, video gets out on the step but they decide to do a go around and he's just left chillin out there. Stay high pull low
  11. If that's your opinion then that's fine! Hemingway said: “Always do sober what you said you'd do drunk. That will teach you to keep your mouth shut.” Stay high pull low
  12. It's just a place where I among others can post random ideas, thoughts, experiences, and other things. It's random Stay high pull low
  13. Go back and read post #2 again..... Stay high pull low
  14. Trying to get this thing out there and receiving some activity. The main rule is, me and the other authors cannot post if sober. You might like it, you might hate it, but check it out. http://www.CanamoChronicles.net Follow on twitter @CanamoChronicle Peace Stay high pull low
  15. I just put my fist in the center and shove it down, definitely ensures it's on the grommets, and as far as being 'quartered' decently, it usually works fine. If I see it didn't fall exactly how I'd like I just touch it up real quick. Stay high pull low
  16. All I care about is that when my foot starts draggin the grass, I have a smile on my face. Stay high pull low
  17. What if you have a shit track, even if it's perpindicular. Then the group that got out after you, Joe Schmoe is a beanpole and has a stellar track. He tracks 45 from jumprun and is right over you! My opinion, deal with it. Have fun with landing out! Spices things up a bit. Stay high pull low
  18. Uh, what? I've been a techie my whole life and switched from windows to linux as soon as I could. I regularly use windows as I'm in IT, but I have linux boxes and my macbook pro. Just kinda confused by your statement because personally, after you learn, and I mean really learn the unix system and how it works, you both appreciate it immensely as well as hate windows with a passion! 20. But that bends the rear pieces, to fit more snug on your face, you don't bend the front near the lenses. That's the fit I'm worried about, the contour of it on the front of my face. And between the player, gasket, bandit, etc, I don't know how those frames vary you know? Stay high pull low
  21. With your jump numbers, and assuming you haven't been a full time packer for a year or more, that canopy is going to be a pure bitch to get in the bag being brand new. Even a psycho pack will be difficult. Have a rigger or experienced packer give you some tips. I was in the same boat at one time, and figured a method that works best for me which involves a normal pro pack where you stick each fold in the bag one at a time, instead of trying to stack it like a Big Mac and getting it in collectively.
