Challenged by the Tea Party and confirmed as Constitutional by the Supreme Court. It's the LAW. It's been vetted by the checks and balances system. It's been voted to be repealed or otherwise modified 42 times. Every single time it has stood. A small faction of people who don't like it are throwing a temper tantrum. Fuck those guys. Seriously.
