those are cool!! thats one thing I love to do ona flight is to listen to the tower. Most flights have a channel you can plug into on there head phones and listen in. God thats a lot of shit to know !!! I still dont know how they can do it!!! jason

I'm just going off of pure hearsay , but of the 5 or 6 people I've heard the own a skytronic, they have not been all that happy with it. Things like bad reading, goofy numbers poping up and battiers running out fast are some of the compliants I 've heard. Plus the Cust Service not being good. I have a protrack and love it!!!! HAvnet talked to anyone with one that said they they didnt. But i'm sure there may be a few out there!!! jason

I'll tell ya what , I have a new canopy on the way and I thought that info on checking the length of your brake/steering lines was VERY infomative. I now know what to look for and test when I jump this for the first time!! Kudos !!!!!! Of coarse I'm still going to have My DZO/Rigger jump it so he can double check that every thing feels right. I only have 69 jumps so I'm still learning alot about canopies!!! jason

And 99% of deaths by plane happen when the A/C makes contact with the ground. So by jumping out of the A/C you've increased you odds greatly!! jason

From waht I've heard you can blow your eardrums if your synigness (sp) is stuffy. That would put you out for a lot longer than waiting for it to clear up !!!! I havnt ever jumped with a cold (just been lucky I guess) but I did do a couple of jumps about a month ago where it was -8 degrees F at altitude. The jumps were great and I felt fine, but the next morning I woke up and my head just pounded and my hole body was for shit. I dont no maybe I'm just a pussy but it sucked . SO I would say let your cold go away!! jason

I'm no where near flying that W/Ling or swooping ,but if I was in that position, even though the kid is in the wrong I'd probalbly do whatever I could to avoid him/her, even if it meant a trip to the hospital for me. I'm not trying to sound like a hero or anything , but after having a little girl I get pretty upset when I see a little kid hurt even if it was something they caused because they were too little to understand. I just dont think I could handle knowing I took out a kid !!! Of coarse if I could still talk I'd have one out with the parents!!!! jason

Well I ve only had two experiances that freaked me out in the plane. the first one we were climbing to alt when at about 7000ft the stall warning came on and then the plane went straight down and everything just floated, then straight up back to straight down. Scared the hell out of me cuase I didnt know what was going on but in the second dive we realized our pilot was just giving us an astronaut ride. Fun as hell but made me sick. Second time we were in the 206 and we knew there was a guy going to do a HnP however whenever you open the door someone always yells DOOR!!! before it opens. Well me and my friend are sitting in the back facing back having a conversation when all the sudden SLAM!!!!!!WOOOOOOSHHHHH. the Hnp failed to yell DOOR so I wasnt really prepared for it!! For a split second I thought this is it We gotta get outta here!!! ANd then a few seconds after that initail scare realized what was going on!! Tell ya what though I was just waiting for someone to tell me to JUMP! But niether of these experiances has caused any nervous ness about flying, just things that shook me for a minute!!! BUT WHAT A RIDE!!!! jason

Steve ...I dont know why there should be a problem? I ordered a canopy from them two weeks ago and have gotten an email saying they received my order I just put down what I wanted specifically through there email address, I asked when my CC would be charged and they emailed me the Day it was charged and then I got one form them today saying they would keep me posted and when I should expect my canopy. I called twice for ??? and spoke directly with manny both times. That suxs yoru have a hard time but so far I've had a great experiance with them! I dont know what to tell you except to maybe jsut keep calling , although I know that call is expensive!! jason

well technically you dont need a licence to fly a camera. If you want you could put one on your head at 25 jumps go to a big DZ and whos going to know. But you are right in that it is the jumpers responcibilty to know when to say when!!! jason

Not the funniest reason but jumped in some pretty strong winds and had to land in the EXPERT landing. It was either that or the taxiway. Everyone was outside just waiting to see what was going to happen cause I had hardly any forward movement. As soon as I touched ground everyone started clapping and yelling BEER!!!. Hell I was happy to be on the ground. It was like jump 16 for me!!!!! jason
