I do the same myself however you cant inspect whats under your reserve flap whenever you want for any kind of shifting or damage ..thats all I'm getting at...I'd like to here a riggers take on the movement issue though...is there concern there?? jason Freedom of speech includes volume

Heres my thing though and please dont take this as aan attack on anyone... but for every one saying "I trust my rigger" yeah I trust my riiger to, but once the reserve is packed the riggers job is done!! what about all the movement that takes place when jumping , moving in the A/C, the pounding it takes when one PLF's, the movement while packing ( and I've seen some pretty rough packers,, my concern is that something could get loose or moved around or damaged.. I mean I'm not a rigger but please tell me ...Am I wrong in this thinking?.. Thats why I feel its important to keep up on the repack....but again these are just my feelings!! When I first got mine I had a bucking problem when using front risers but it just turned out to be brake lines were too short, so I let them out 3in and now it flies beuatifully with no problems at all, and I have very kight frontriser pressure! (150 @1.2:1) jason Freedom of speech includes volume

Something else to think about, and please excuse me if I didnt catch it in an earlier post but what about Life Insurance. I you have ins that covers you in jumping, you die and then they investigate and find you pencil whipped your repack, thats all they need to void that policy!! The way I see it ..pencil whipping the reserve is like going over miles on an oil change for your car...yeah it will probably be ok for a couple more thousand miles..OR it could F$ck your engine up right away....so why take the chance ... I mean yeah I've gone about 3weeks over my date, but I wouldnt go anything over a month....but thats just me...hey if you feel that that all the bumping and moving around and packing the main hasnt shifted or may have moved something in the reserve then whipp away....as for me repack $$ just comes with the sport and is something I have NO problem paying!! jason Freedom of speech includes volume

just to let you know I Jump a a T4 and pack a HOR150 with a pack vol of 335!! Before I bought it I called RI anad asked my DZO (rigger) and both sadi it would not be a problem and both were right . It packs nice and snugg , (but not too snugg) jason Freedom of speech includes volume
