Reserved a table at a club a month ago. Got a hotel within walking distance. Cover charge goes up 5 bucks, but who cares! It's going to be nuts. I've got a pre-gaming party planned for the hotel room as well. It's my favorite night of the year. Get as drunk as you want, and people don't look down on you like they usually do.

As good as that may taste, I've grown some pretty nasty looking things using an agar petri dish. And just the thought of agar is enough to turn my stomach now.

Umm...I am 21 and I straight up dominate the game. I love hearing those high voiced punks screaming over the mic as I pick them off over and over again from the best spots on the maps. Calling me a n00b for my tactics, claim I hack, etc... The only way to get good at it is to play it. You need to memorize every inch of every map. You need muscle memory built in to the point you can swing a gun around with the stick and stop perfectly with cross hairs on a guy no scoping him clear accross the map. The more you play it, the better you get. Every map has little tricks you need to learn. Secret grenade tosses that will bounce into respawn spots. Watch youtube videos...and play play play. Don't ever expect to be the best at it though. I've been doing first person shooter lan parties for a long long time, and I still look at the top 10 list and wonder how it's possible.

Overall, James Bond ski chase scenes *.all chase scenes
Herky replied to npgraphicdesign's topic in The Bonfire
Car Chase is Bullet and French Connection. Skiing is Hot Dog the Movie(Chinese downhill scene). And better off dead for when he races to get the girl of his dreams. -
I use mine to help me stay belly to earth.

The first ever memristor was only ever made by Hewlett Packard a couple years ago at best. Forget what they doped silicon with to make it, but it was some new metal oxide. They claim it will be able to make computers turn on like a light. Interesting thing about the first transistor...the patent rights went to bell labs, so the main guy who theorized it(shockley, although the other two were the ones that discovered it in the lab) didn't get any money outside of like 100 bucks. He later went on to found silicon valley with a transistor company...but he was not a people person and his co-workers turned on him. One of them left and formed IBM, became billionaire. He on the other hand never struck it rich, and ended up teaching at Stanford. Sucks to be him huh. Had the invention of the century, founded silicon valley, genius in his field, and yet he died friendless, family hated him, and left without ever becoming famous.

Transistors are old old news. I'm more interested in the development of memristors. The promise they hold is insane. Imagine your computer turning on and starting up as fast your tv turns on, and the screen would be on whatever you were last doing. Transistors may be a thing of the past!

Oakley Jawbone Prescription Sunglasses
Herky replied to Boris73's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
I have half-jackets. Make sure you have plenty of back-up choices before you go. You have to have an eye-test within last 2years to get prescription sunglasses. But, with extreme wrap arounds, don't ask me why, but not all prescriptions are doable, something about cutting the curve in an already curved surface or something. If you have -4 or worse, your selection will be limited. First prescription wrap arounds I got took some getting used to as well. Kind of has a walleye lense effect to it. After a while you won't notice it though. Don't limit yourself to oakley either just because you like the brand affiliation. Go to the optometrist and look around. -

I tip well wherever I go. Especially well at the favorite restaurants I frequent. It doesn't bother me. I do however hate tipping cab drivers. I especially hate it if you are in town during a football game, when it gets out they jack prices way up. I can't count how many times I've gotten in a cab after a game and they never turn the meter on, just ask where I want to go and give me a flat price double of what it would usually be for that distance. There are certain companies I would rather walk in the rain than use their cabs again just because of this practice.

Add Amy Lee from Evanescence to the list.

I can't believe no one has said Joan Jett. "I Love Rock N' Roll" is one of the greatest female sang rock songs of all time. I was at the club last week when that came on and the place went almost as nuts as they do over miley cyrus. Also, Shirley Manson, lead singer in Garbage? They are huge, how could no one mention her. Her voice is amazing. To a lesser rocking extent, Gwen Stefani had some decent hits in No Doubt. But that was back in the day. She isn't what she used to be though.

Parachutes de France offers the Techno reserve in a 98sq ft model. They are the only ones as far as I know.
