I'm going to print the first one tomorrow and then likely just by request at my dz etc... Also, you are right on the GoPro mounting brackets. I have seen the ones mounted with 3M get knocked off as well, and heard similar stories confirming the same. -- Anyway... thanks everyone for looking and the replies. *I am not afraid of dying... What to do during single jumps

Except the head down transitions.... we were kidding. *I am not afraid of dying... I am afraid of missing life.* ----Disclaimer: I don't know shit about skydiving.---- -
Damn man... that's tough. Part of me is rooting for you to work it out, and the other part thinks you will probably be happier with someone more understanding of your situation. The last sentence in your statement above is the most concerning... better to break it off now than drag out something you feel resent about... next you'll find your self married just trying to fix a failing engagement. Good luck man... *I am not afraid of dying... I am afraid of missing life.* ----Disclaimer: I don't know shit about skydiving.----

That's cool... haven't seen that before. I'm going to unpack my PC before my next jump and start using that method. *I am not afraid of dying... I am afraid of missing life.* ----Disclaimer: I don't know shit about skydiving.----

It's just a thread dude... lighten up. Just cause you got ripped by a few people and decided to do exactly what you just ranted against doesn't mean you need to throw out a bunch of personal attacks. DZ.com is full of 'spilled milk'... not worth getting too excited over it. *I am not afraid of dying... I am afraid of missing life.* ----Disclaimer: I don't know shit about skydiving.----

here are some others already in print. *I am not afraid of dying... I am afraid of missing life.* ----Disclaimer: I don't know shit about skydiving.----

There is no shortage of dz.comers and particularly low jump number posters that think that jump numbers is NOTHING I think you would be hard pressed to find many jumpers low or high that feel that way. I can't speak for other low timers but I happen to think jump numbers are pretty important... but one thing I have learned is that higher jump numbers don't make some people less of a douche bag. ...and skydiving doesn't kill people... GoPro's do! *I am not afraid of dying... I am afraid of missing life.* ----Disclaimer: I don't know shit about skydiving.----

There was another thread a couple months ago on this exact same subject (batch rotating photos on Mac)... if I remember right the dude downloaded a shit load of different programs on his Mac and the end result was... he still couldn't batch rotate the original files to be saved, but he did end up with a shit load of new programs on his Mac. I think your S.O.L. *I am not afraid of dying... I am afraid of missing life.* ----Disclaimer: I don't know shit about skydiving.----

All true.... but there is no shortage of dz.comers and particularly high jump number posters that think that jump numbers is EVERYTHING. *I am not afraid of dying... I am afraid of missing life.* ----Disclaimer: I don't know shit about skydiving.----

Cocking your pilot chute (when?)
ridestrong replied to stinkyho's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
Once or Twice... 1. Before folding and putting in d-bag. 2. Right before putting in container (unless I see green for go). *I am not afraid of dying... I am afraid of missing life.* ----Disclaimer: I don't know shit about skydiving.---- -
Can you provide us with some details? More information on the incident(s) would be helpful. *I am not afraid of dying... I am afraid of missing life.* ----Disclaimer: I don't know shit about skydiving.----

England just denied OBVIOUS goal to even the score against Germany... The officiating in the Cup completely blows. Adds to why it sometimes really sucks to watch soccer. They HAVE to add instant review for shit like this!!! In a sport where there is so little scoring it's horrific to have actual goals denied. Shit like this actually makes the game pitiful. *I am not afraid of dying... I am afraid of missing life.* ----Disclaimer: I don't know shit about skydiving.----

I happen to love watching soccer especially the World Cup regardless of some of the rules. But I totally agree the one thing that really bugs me and I know they are cracking down on it more is diving and over exaggeration of injury. Either most of these guys are complete pussies rolling around on the ground holding their knee, shin, ankle or whatever it is or they're just acting... either way it needs to stop. *I am not afraid of dying... Agreed... That's where it needs to be more like hockey. There needs to be a 'zone' at each end of the field and once crossed while on-side can no longer be called off-side. *I am not afraid of dying... I am afraid of missing life.* ----Disclaimer: I don't know shit about skydiving.----

Nice ride... I have an '07 RT/RT black and for a big car, I agree it handles great. I'm currently leasing it which is up in a couple months. If I buy it I may consider super-charging it. I may also look into the SRT8. *I am not afraid of dying... I am afraid of missing life.* ----Disclaimer: I don't know shit about skydiving.----

Yeah, it does. I don't notice it in operation except when the cruise control is on and I have to hit the gas or if the cruise cuts off in order to accelerate. It's noticeable to the point of being romped on "full tilt boogie" when that happens. TripleF Is that new since '07 I didn't think the SRT8 had a fuel saver mode??? *I am not afraid of dying... I am afraid of missing life.* ----Disclaimer: I don't know shit about skydiving.----

Varies significantly depending on the vehicle... My Dodge Hemi gets the best MPG at closer to 80 mph. 5.7 litre? Mine gets best MPG at 64 So, you have the little bitty Hemi, huh? I've got the limited edition Super Bee SRT-8 (425 hp) and get about 23 mpg at 55-57 mph but at 90- 130 mph or so it drops to about 18 mpg - Uhh, not that I drive fast or anything like that. TripleF The big difference is your srt8 doesn't shut-down 2 cylinders in fuel saver mode like the 5.7L. *I am not afraid of dying... Agreed. Have you done a camera jump, Ridestrong? I have done hundreds... but my very first one was one of my all-time stupidest skydives (recounted somewhere previously in this thread, I think). Cameras are huge distractions, plain and simple. Here is a video of a buddy and I doing our first heli jump with GoPro's, both his perspective and mine. I haven't jumped with a camera over the past ~40 jumps and will not until I hit 200. I think you'll see by the video that I wasn't exactly thinking about the 'lighting'... Yeah we geeked it up for the camera and I'm sure there will be a bunch of different interpretations of it, but I can tell you that once I climbed out of that chopper I never once thought about that camera on my helmet. 2 Monkeys Jumping Out of a Chopper *I am not afraid of dying... I laughed unbelievably hard as I scrolled down through the post, it just gets funnier and funnier.
