  1. He's got a lot of toys in that sleigh he has to protect. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  2. Hi. Skymama. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  3. There are easier ways to make guacamole. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  4. I can only remember four times I've been pulled over. I've always been polite and cooperative. Three times were for speeding. Got a ticket every time, although twice the officer did reduce my speed a bit from what he said he clocked it at. I don't speed as a matter of habit and can say on all three occasions it was inattentiveness. Each ticket was almost exactly 7 years apart. The only warning I got was on Christmas Eve. I was coming home from the 11pm Christmas Eve service (back when I used to do that) and was pulled over for my license plate light being out. As I said upthread, it was clearly a pretense for checking for DUI, as the cop basically looked at me, figured out where I had been, told me about the light and let me go on my way. 5. What social security fat? "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  6. What is a factor? I've never gotten away with a warning. Well, not for speeding. I once got a warning for having the license plate light burnt out, but that stop was a pretense to check for drunk driving (and I wasn't). "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  7. Have you cleaned the rig? I'm a newbie and not a rigger but I've seen people say on here and heard a rigger at my DZ say that dirt can be a major source of slippage. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  8. Good morning DD, I'm saying Skootz checks in before she heads off to work. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  9. Damn, 7'4", who did you take Skydiving--Ralph Sampson? "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"

  11. What is the status now? Are Jim and the club still trying to negotiate with the Airport Authority? Are you all making plans to move to an alternate airport? "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  12. Yeah, that's my normal heat setting. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  13. Home on a weekend because our jumping was all winded out today (BOO!) I live alone but avoid prepared foods like the plague. Making homemade semolina bread today. Will be reheating some black bean soup I made the other day for dinner. DD. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  14. Obviously grew up in a different part of the country than I did. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  15. Popping in. Happy weekend everybody. Mutumbo. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  16. So, all the bankers who took TARP money would lose their right to vote? All the military contractors whose livelihood depends on corporate welfare form the government would lose their right to vote? This might be a plan I could get behind. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"

  19. Did you decide to be the living example of quantum existence or was is something thrust upon you?. I wonder if he owns a cat? "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  20. Where the heck is SouthernMan? I already posted once this morning. I was actually [gasp] getting some work done, since I was, you know, here at work and all. Skootzie. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  21. Good morning. I'm going w/ skycamefalling. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  22. Cocaine is a hell of a drug! Seriously, from what is posted in that article I don't see any grounds for them to charge him with assault and battery on a police officer or disorderly conduct. Seems all they legitimately have him on is failure to use a turn signal and they got pissed off and invented charges. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  23. Too bad it's been frozen since 2009, then. Not Frozen. Increases in Social Security are tied to the National Average Wage Index. For the past two years, the NAWI has not gone up. In other words, Social Security recipients have fared exactly the same as the workforce as a whole. Social Security benefits are not tied to the inflation rate. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  24. What do you mean "if implemented?" "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  25. From the BBC article: The "extremophile" bacteria were found in a briny lake in eastern California in the US. The researchers began to grow the bacteria in a laboratory on a diet of increasing levels of arsenic, finding to their surprise that the microbes eventually fully took up the element, even incorporating it into the phosphate groups that cling to the bacteria's DNA. Notably, the research found that the bacteria thrived best in a phosphorus environment. It's not clear to me if the bacteria incorporate arsenic into their DNA in the wild or not.
