  1. I believe they can do this to you, but should have given you 30 days notice. Do you have a renter's agreement? Is this a rent to own situation?
  2. I would just like to say I am a woman and get pissed off with slow drivers in the left lane just as much as you. I wish we had laws like that for the Autobahn - go pretty freaking fast and move the hell over, left lane only for passing.
  3. While heat is more effective, freezing is probably the safest option for your rig. Keep it in an empty freezer and don't open for a few weeks. Thaw outside and check for pest infestation/damage. http://www.ehow.com/how_5605542_kill-bedbugs-freezer.html Good luck!
  4. Equifax, no problems and worth the price for peace of mind.
  5. I say my husband's name, not god, during sex. Hubby ain't complaining
  6. I'm a bio geek, so my only art classes were art history. My prof - in his 40s, maybe he wasn't tech savvy - taught using a slide projector and a chalkboard. He used slides of each important art piece and just that. He'd describe the slides and why they were important.
  7. But you didn't pay any dollar$ did you? With a crappy hotel, you pay money for a shithole w/ odors, vermin, etc. A dumpster is the better 'buy' with that comparison!
  8. Of course a room is usually better than on the streets, but when you pay good money expecting at the very least a clean room/mattress/carpets and get shit, it's quite the let down. At least the dumpster was free.
  9. Been married for 3 years (were together 7 years before the ceremony). Sex just keeps getting better - for both of us. I'll 'get ready' for him and he LOVES helping me (if ya know what I mean ). We still truly enjoy sex with each other, tell each other our fantasies and try to accommodate the other's needs...as outlandish as they sometimes might be. Not having kids probably helps this along though. I wonder if you made a survey that added in kids, if that would show you the 'shut-off' point.
  10. Key Inn Suites + Hotel - Tustin, CA Let me state that we had been driving from Vegas that morning and we're TIRED at 11pm after visiting a friend in Tustin, he suggested this place from his assistant....we were not in a position to check out many options. First clue should have been handling our transaction to get a room thru bullet-proof glass. They have 2 buildings apparently joined after a takeover, 1 building has suites and the other is a shitty row of motel rooms. Next clue should have been garbage cans located only OUTside the room, huh? We slept in our clothes and I chose not to spend any more time there than necessary, got up and RAN the Hell out of there!! Wasn't even cheap, damn it all!!! The only plus side was that our car with 'just married' written on it was not broken into. Thanks for sparing our car and not giving bedbugs a ride home with us.
  11. Kaiser HMO NorCal. Not sure if it covers accidents related to skydiving...anyone want to chime in on that one?
  12. Used to love my job, now the place is falling apart and they think it's a good time for re-org/merge/ramp-up.
  13. The thing is the hygienists clean plaque/tartar buildup under the gumline that you cannot get rid of. No matter how much flossing, proper brushing, fluoridated toothpaste/rinse/water, there will be buildup and a cleaning only helps to promote healthy gums. Most insurance plans should cover them, try gas/sedation if it bothers you so much. Good luck!
  14. Hello! With leprechauns you could get a pot of gold and vampires would give you immortality. Picky, picky, picky.
  15. Can't say I agree with late-term abortion, but I'll lay it out there that I am pro-choice and my idea of when a human being becomes a human being is when it no longer requires oxygen/waste removal from its' 'host.' However, I'm enraged when people use abortion as their only method of birth control and if they waited till the last minute. I believe in personal responsibility and that it truly is a woman's choice (and a damn hard one if you've ever been in that position.) Please don't start a battle with me, I have my opinions and you sound like you have your own. Leave it at the atheist boat.
  16. I knew you were referring to the aforementioned skydiving remark, but felt the need to add this. Me being a smartass and saying that yes, prayer does in fact kill. And I added that line just as a save - so no one can flame me and say "but the illness/neglect killed them, not prayer/God/whatever".
  17. While you could say that the illness is what killed them, what about the extremists that believe in prayer as the only medicine? Allowing children with diabetes to die a cruel death while they prayed. I don't hate religion or religious people, I hate how religious people interpret their religious texts and use whatever words to justify whatever harm they wish to bring upon another person, indirect or not.
  18. I'm just really tiny + a PDR143 = optical illusion Thanks!
  19. It came this week and looks beautiful
  20. And here I was worried I'd have to get hubby to dust off his profile and finally post something. everyone pm him and tell him to join the party hahaha
  21. I was a good wifey so hubby is letting me out to play...or he's tied up in bed waiting for me
  22. Yeah, I just know more men than women who are aggressive drivers. But there are bad drivers, male and female. My brother-in-law who has 2 young daughters (my sweet nieces) will drive a little less aggressively with the family in the car, but only because my sister will bitch him out if he goes too far.
  23. And try to look cool by showing off your mad driving skillz whereas women just want to get from A to B.
  24. I only know of incompetent drivers, both male and female. Men tend to be more aggressive and women soft/careful...maybe to the point of oblivion. My brother in law weaves in and out of traffic at 20mph+ the speed limit and has been in 3 accidents w/ many speeding tickets. I haven't been in any accidents - nor caused any, always defensive and aware of who's around me and trying to anticipate future moves. Guess I'm just an anomaly.
  25. Why are auto insurance rates for men higher than women, if women are so incompetent at driving? Ever wonder...
