I did the ATkins diet just to lean out..and believe me, it was amazing... It was more of an experiment..I lost every inch of fat I had on my body, but had no energy for running.

You are brave woman being Girl Scout leader.. I remember camping a couple years back and having to chase off the raccoons.. I'll volunteer but could never have the patience to take on the whole thing. Hat's off..
