The fact is what happened was terribly wrong. It doesn't take a genious to realize that it's not the right thing to do. Many heads should roll for this.. the excuse that they were only following orders is bullshit. However, this behavior is not that surprising. Sometimes you take people who have less than stellar backgrounds.. and by that I mean-- not raised properly, no role models, and used the military as an escape , etc..... then they are put in a position of power over prisoners and for the first time in their life feel in control of sorts. Abuse happens in prisons all over America on a regular basis for the same reasons. It's sad and it's sick but it happens. I think that publishing these photos was a gigantic catostrophe because it only puts our soldiers at risk when they are held captive.

I disagree... I usually hate movies like that, but I loved it.. my kids loved it too. In fact, I'd see it again. I'm scared easily though so maybe a big , strong Texan like you might just roll their eyeballs at stuff that I'm screaming at..

Sting penned the words and much has been made of the fact that when he wrote it he was in the middle of breaking up with his first wife Frances Tomelty. Although it has been subsequently denied many saw it as a possessive reaction to the split. I remember Sting talking about that... that the song, 'I'll be Watching You' was not a romantic ballad at all.. so then he wrote 'If you Love Somebody Set Them Free' song to counter it.. You are right about the Revenge of the Nerds... that scene always gave me the willies.

My little brides with my grandmother who passed away not too long ago. Grandma was so proud as I was the only one who brought up my children as Catholics. The tears in her eyes that day and the look on her face is something I'll treasure always.

I'm so sorry. It is so tragic and sad. I will pray for you and your friend and her precious baby. The only comfort is knowing that she is together with her child. Many many prayers and an infinite amount of love for all concerned.

I've been thinking of going red but I hear it fades so fast. Do you have a problem with that. I have to get my roots touched up like every 3.5 weeks so I could do it....I just get my hair colored the same brown I've always been with some highlights but RED sounds like fun. -

I love it when I get out of the bathtub and put on my favorite comfy pajamas... get into bed with fresh sheets just out of the dryer and have a cup of sleepytime tea and read a good book.

Honestly, lots of Mexican restauants have great vegetarian dishes.. Chinese restaurants too.. I can't think of one that specifically caters to vegetarians though.
