The photographers our mall have are awesome. You can get the standard santa pose but they take the candid shots as well. Instead of buying the packages I just bought the cd of the candid pictures. It was thirty dollars and has about 29 pictures on it. They also give you a release so you can go have prints made wherever you want. It's a pretty good deal. I think his hair is beautiful too. My mother in law, God bless her, will always find something wrong that I am doing with the baby. He either is not dressed warmly enough, or he's too skinny, or why do I do this with him and that with him , etc. She means well though...

AWWWW... a response for my poor baby.. I was beginning to think it was his hair. LOL Read the email I just received from my mother in law. Dear Kristen, Thank you very , very much for the pictures. He is adorable! Hope we will be able to see him soon. We will try to come just after Christmas. Mateusz is coming home for Christmas and leaving for China and Japan just after. and since Jan will continue to have Christmas break..... I hope it can be time for our Willemek. We waited in line for over an hour to see Santa. Of course, Willem fell asleep about 10 minutes before it was our turn. I tried to gently wake him so he wouldn't be too cranky when it was picture time. He seemed really excited and delighted in all of the children and decorations. It was quite magical to say the least. But alas, as it was time for our big boy to board Santa's lap he decided that maybe this wasn't such a good idea after all. Who was this strange bearded man?

Honestly... I couldn't tell you how many we have. I have bought so many bottles, nipples, cups, etc. over the past year. Some get lost, some get worn out, etc. I also don't know how many sippy cups I have. I know I have at least two in the car and about three more in the cupboard and maybe one under the bed. I am so sorry for the poor dog. That is so sad and if we had animals around I would hope that we would be careful about what we left out or what we let the baby leave out. For this reason right now we choose not to have any pets. The kids are enough for us. You are doing an amazing job and it takes a special person to take care of animals the way you do.

I have to say that I have a bigun... I have a Chevy Suburban right now. It's big, it's huge and I use every inch of it. I have four children and my children have friends. I often have every seat packed with kids when taking them to various activities . I also have kids that go to different schools so you may see me dropping one child off at one school and dropping two off at another school. I travel a lot as well and let me tell you that I have every square inch of that sucker packed up. I feel it's all a balance. I recycle and I buy recycled goods, etc. I know it's a gas guzzler but frankly a smaller car would be completely impractical for my family. We do live downtown so we also walk to places when we can. Their schools are also just a few blocks away so I don't use much gas driving them. I would let them walk but I worry about them being kidnapped. (slightly overprotective) Anyway.. I love my Suburban and I need it... till I trade it in for the Yukon this summer. Same car just prettier. EDIT... and an SUV as a fashion statement??? I would love nothing more than to be driving around in a small two seater. I love the little Audi's. Suv's are not the most attractive things around and are certainly not a fashion accessory to me. LOL My Coach diaper bag is a fashion statement(which my husband bought me)... not my tank of a car(which I bought myself)

She was probably abused or molested as a child or her father was missing in action. They grow up needing male attention even if it's negative. It's sad really.

I need a vacation. I need alone time with my husband. I need to spend a whole night with him just screwing. Yep, I said it. I want to fall asleep in his arms and wake up in his arms without our precious son between us. We haven't been alone together since the baby was born ONE YEAR AGO. ( yes we have sex but i want all night long sex) I want sex every hour on the hour. That's the vacation I want. And I want a big damn omelette for breakfast the next morning.

Agreed. Completely different issue. We didn't call the police( even though it was my first thought but my husband said he would handle it). The teenage shooter was well talked to but I chose not to let my daughter go anymore. But you are right, not a dz issue. Just kind of tainted the whole experience.

Aside from all of that let's not forget our daughter was shot in the leg with a pellet gun by a kid running the snack bar because she went behind the counter. I never allowed her to go there again.
