    Sleeves that go over your forearms, used to slow fallrate. Ask your gear dealer.

    If you have a reasonably slow suit you can sew some zp material to THE INSIDE of the armpits (wings). you may also want to try gators on your arms or wearing a very baggy sweatshirt over your jumpsuit.
