    I'm sorry about your friend. I was diagnosed in 2007 with Multiple Myeloma. I went through 2 stem cell transplants with all the associated chemo and radiation. My Mother was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer one year ago tomorrow. She died 2 weeks later. My Uncle fought Lymphoma all last year and he died 10 days after my Mom. My Grandfather died of leukemia.
