NO lie, one of the best things my instructors told me to do was this... Stop thinking about it, just breath and SMILE! i would get so nervous about the jump and my body would be like a board. potatoe chipping and all. Next time you go up, just remember.. dont think about how your going to do it. All the DD you do before the jump is for that. In the air, just relax, smile, and tell your body what to do. The parachute was operated by a man and his son who were both on the aircraft, but neither was injured when it dropped to the ground amid spectators.
