Drug issue.....should i tell the DZ owner???
WFFC replied to SSkydiver's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
Bullshit flag going up the pole here. This is something that could affect the DZO if the authorities come knocking. Besides, it probably at least made the newspaper so it is public knowledge. -
It was a difficult birth... Arano

Sweet...let me know if you need an escort...

Repeat after me... If you've got bad credit or you're bankrupt, Ford Motor Credit will help you get a vehicle at normal interest rates. If you've got bad credit or you're bankrupt, Ford Motor Credit will help you get a vehicle at normal interest rates. If you've got bad credit or you're bankrupt, Ford Motor Credit will help you get a vehicle at normal interest rates. (note: your score needs to be above 550 though I believe) Also, if you go this route, don't mess up again as then you'll be in the 21%+ club with your vehicle financing. Actually 7 years with chapter 7, not sure of all of the logistics behind a 13. It stays on your credit report for 10 years, unless you manage to use the fair credit reporting act in your favor and get it booted off. ----- ~~~Michael

Riddler and I are 'stuck' in Tampa for a bit. We're trying to figure out how to add tunnel time and lift tix to the expense report. I wonder if that 'plane tix' column works. hmmm.... ----- ~~~Michael

Closing your credit cards is actually detrimental to your credit scores. Don't use them is the best way to do it. When an account is closed, your Fair Isaac score doesn't look at who closed it, just that you had a line of credit and it's now gone. ----- ~~~Michael

You'd actually be suprised. Read the 'fair credit reporting act' and use what's in there to your benefit and you'll be off and running in no time. Also - $5k is not 'in debt'. There are a few debts that a bankruptcy will not cover, student loans and Back taxes to name a couple. ----- ~~~Michael

If I remember correctly, it was a small group that jumped into a wedding. There was one other person in the group that got banged up too if I recall correctly. (The wedding party was all jumpers) ----- ~~~Michael

MARCO ISLAND B@@GIE IS CANCELLED 2,15pm thursday
WFFC replied to judedre's topic in Events & Places to Jump
They waived the $10 if you had already paid the boogie fee. Those who had not paid the boogie fee paid the $10. All in all it was a good time. Got some good jumps in with my fellow family members - Diamante, Bolas, et. al. With all the planning that can go into a boogie and someone, in this case Marco Island, getting cold feet, they can pull the plug on an event pretty quickly. If you think this is not the case, ask anyone who puts together a large or unique boogie somewhere other than a usual DZ. Besides, the weather was pretty good and continues to be better than it was up north. Worst case, you got a vacation somewhere warm by the time it was all done. ----- ~~~Michael -
Spectrums ruled...had an 87 and ended up having to get rid of it when it had @ 200k miles on it back in 93. The Jiffy Lube twits forgot to screw the oil drain plug back in and when it dropped out, drained and all, it never ran the same again. bastages! btw, beat your 'friend'. It's acceptable in this case. ----- ~~~Michael

You took 2 months off? 1. you didn't miss anything that hasn't happened before. 2. you were gone? ----- ~~~Michael

Self employed in 2004...you don't want to even know what I'm paying for 2004, but $4k isn't much. Wanna trade? ----- ~~~Michael

you should have seen me when I first got to Tampa. I was driving down the street late at night the first couple days before the cable modem got installed looking for a hotspot. Found a few. People should really secure their systems... ----- ~~~Michael

Hmmmm...Riddler and I missed that on Sunday. Damn. Unfortunately, his g/f was having car issues so we had to drive back up to Tampa. ----- ~~~Michael
