For myself I have about 600 surf jumps, and I went to 2 competions, I loved my experience, but at first it's hard to keep focus because at the begibnning it's frustrated if you want to perform manouever the expert do. If you keep focus it begin to be a second nature

For myself I use a canon eos rebel 2000 and it work great, and it's cheap for the digital I'm interested by the D-60. Good thing it's both EF lenses. you should look at a old post about D-30 and D-60 look at the review of the D-60

Thks Cajones, will probably try it, I have access to a version to evaluate it, hope it won't be to hard to make the switch from premiere any good book for Avid like the series adobe classroom in a book thks

For myself I'm working on a project be offert DVD to the client and also I think about digital, but like you said for a question of format I will go with a cd for the still shot, it cost avout nothing and compliant with PC and the most important thing with the machine the photo processing store use

I would like to expand my overview of software, I like to know more the one soft to be able to compare them

For the quick release from Velbon 635 they hold very well even with the stress of the speed of head down,
-
I'm very desapointed by the new box bonehead make for the PC series..... hope they will be back with a really good one for PC-101,
-
Also the classroom in a book can be find on the internet in PDF format via the well known "software sharing program over the internet"

I would like to make a switch from Premiere 6.5 to Avid XPress DV 3.5, would like to know your idea the goods and the bad for both thks
-
Infortunatly....yes, put I try to make it very clean when I join back the wire, I use soldering and also very small shrink tube for aeck wire and a bigger oneto make a sleeve over them
-
there is the picture for you, hope that give you an idea
-
I made those quick picture to give you an idea of what I did on my optik, I bought the grommet at Radio Shack, 15 for 1$
-
I set my Optik with every wire inside (tongue switch and cameye) For the tongue switch I drill behind the still camera in the forehead and the wire get out of the helmet on the right side just at the beginning of the form for the dytter, same for the cameye drill through the D-box and the optik and the wire get out just under the articulated right sight mount. I put grommet on each hole I made to get a cleaner look and also that prevent the wire to get cut by the side of the hole. jump safe

My personal advise .... start slowly , go in that disciple step by step. Flying a camera suit while filming and taking still shot need lots of concentration, you should ad things slowly one by one, like Cajones says find a experience photographer to help you in your project. jump safe
