NO way bro, the city is dead! You should see what time square has become. Virgin is out and so are some of the other large stores. You could if you hit say $50mill take a solid $10 and build one and most likely pull all that money back in about 4 years! think of a two tunnel system. one on ground level and one on say the second floor. They would have to be about 3m-4m across. Charge $50 a min....and yes people will pay that much. Another $30 for pictures and bada bing bada boom! The worlds best location! And if you do it right and keep it running 7am-well past midnight you could even make the money faster. And since there are two full systems sitting collecting dust in NJ.....

No clue! I use to live just south of there at a little shit hole town called Glens Falls. But there are some good bars there. I suggest Duffy's lots of older biker dudes in leather....if you are into that kind of stuff. Take a ride in the Mini Ha Ha. Go to Glens Falls and eat at; New Way Lunch (Dirty Johns Hot Dogs), Talk of the Town Pizza and if you have the cash a place called Tallula (Cajan cooking) If you get bored hike Prospect Mountain, takes about 4 hours. But in this day and age where we work and live more like lab rats than humans and where our mate choices can be artifically limited due to avaliability and opportinuty we adjust.
