$$$$$$ I need to come to terms with loosing huge amount of $$$$$$ and not pass out. If I'm lucky it would be a $40k loss and if that is only if the bank will let me sell. Yes Sky that's what will have to happen in the not too distant future. It's going to hurt financially and emotionally but you are right. My being down comes from me trying to "work out" a way in which I would not get too hurt or that maybe I could forgo the sale. After all, I like the place. It's just not located where there is much going on. You can't find fish in the Sahara...it helps to be around "active" people and not in a sleepy bedroom community. And that loop of consciousness can feed on it self and just grow. Such that a simple issue can become an overwhelming mountain. And I wasn't sure how to get around it or deal with it. No need to feel sorry. I worked hard to get the place to look and feel right. I did all the work myself and looked for good prices on all the parts. I'm proud of the work I've done. I turned a boring all white with pink carpet condo into something I'm proud of. Only problem is "I'm Stuck" thus why I'm down. I wish to rebuild my life not my home and as such I'm stuck in a place where rebuilding via establishing new relationships, both friends and other, is not easy due to the relative age of the people who live there. So I solicited advice, got some very good ones and decided it is best to mediate to calm my mind. For the more I "fixate" on being stuck the more depressed I get. And at the moment there is nothing I can do to get myself unstuck thus...when I start feeling panicked and depressed I will set aside a few moments to calm my mind. After reading all of your posts and contemplating the situation of being "stuck" of which I can do nothing to become "unstuck" I've decided to meditate. I understand that it's a reactive not a proactive solution. But at the moment it's the only thing that keeps my mind from "running then numbers" and thus relives the sense of hopelessness. It's a shame really, I love my "place" I've worked hard to make it mine. From the deep red walls, to the hard wood floors and the black leather couches it is me in every sense of the word. But, the location is anything but suitable for rebuilding one's life. Just far enough away from all the action such that spontaneity is an impossibility and as such energy has to be utilized in forming new relationships. And that just becomes unnatural and a chore rather than an organic experience. Yet there is nothing I can do. NO matter how I run the numbers I'm stuck. And as such depression.
