You know I use to think that but.......all having a sense of humor does is make others think that you are fine and that it's fine to joke about what's bothering you. Case in point, when asked about what I feel about my current living conditions I use to just joke and say "Nothing like living in old lady land" which prompted some dumb fuck to joke about dating old ladies. You're an engineer? I did not know that! DUDE THAT WAS EPIC! I'm keeping that one! My admin and my FA are going to love that! Yeah well....I'm a social guy. I'm not big on sitting at my desk wondering about the lesser important matters of life. So i noticed by an early age that the difference between a "good" engineer and a "great" one was that the good ones just sat in their cubes and pondered the meaning of life while the great ones would never say no and were always walking around the office. Now i'm not saying I'm a great engineer but the thought of sitting for8 straight hours in my cube made me want to kill myself. So I walk about and talk to people and learn a little about what they do and what they have developed. It's a survival mechanism really. thank you for noticing. Yeah got that on my second trip to RSA. Met some well known RSA artist, we got to talking about lief and love and death and we hi it off and he signed it and gave it to me. You know this has me thinking....if we could get 12 photos....of various infamous / famous skydiver dudes in their undies, could someone maybe assemble them for some sort of calender for raising funds for a good cause?
