and that's what I'm hoping for Betsy :) I can go new if I want (paperworks on the table )but ICK.... I don't want that much of a payment every month. This one is priced at less than Blue book so I'm sure the miles are high... But if it's well maintained, that's not as much of an issue. I empathize Kreg.... my truck put a rod thru the engine block 2 sundays ago coming home from the DZ and I've been comuting via my kids RAZOR and the Train since. The Shop that worked on my truck 4 days prior (broken flywheel) took 2 weeks to even put it on the rack to tell me what was up. Then again, I do have the loan papers on my kitchen table for a new vehicle, but that would seriously cut into jump money :( Lisa, If you get a running start, you could make it over the fence before anyone knows you're missing.... Why would you want to raise a dog vicious? For home protection, personal, fighting (as alleged in the case with the Knowlers?) I feel that in the right environment there are reasons to raise vicious animals, such as to protect livestock or in even some cases for personal protection. Even then, there should be liability for the unexpected which can happen and has. But 2 vicious animals in a city apt? What about when the family dog attacks because the neighborhood kid was poking him with a stick? Where is the line drawn? Besides the legal aspects of it? Insurance, visitation in hospitals, inheritance, power of attorney, All the good stuff.... Personal opinion is that the commitment is to your partner since that is what matters. Marriage can be an expression of that commitment but doesn't HAVE to be the only expression 16 years?????? This is local for me and the consensus was that the two were not believable and showed absolutely no remorse. The jury didn't believe them and subsequently found them guilty on all charges. There was an article about a week ago where the DA handling the case was interviewed. He mentioned that the two would never have been charged if it weren't for their obvious lack of remorse for the incident Short answer.
