and I'll echo Sebazz's thoughts...... No, I will say it in my own words.... I personally do not look at or judge people by the color of their skin, the god they believe in (or don't), who or what (Skreamer disclaimer)they sleep with, what car they drive, how much money they are worth,political party affiliation, nationality, etc.... Everyone (IMO) is entitled to live their own lives as they see fit just as long as they play nice with others..... One more.. Baked Ziti I used to be a cook in anothe life so I do everything by sight and taste 1 box of mostaccioli noodles Or ziti... small jar of tomato sauce small container of ricotta cheese about 1/2 lb of mozzarella Parmesan cheese 1 egg milk about a 1/4 to 1/3 cup seasonings (for me, salt pepper, garlic salt, basil, oregano) Cook ziti til tender Grate mozzarella In a large bowl mix ricotta, raw egg, milk, seasonings and about 1/4 of mozzarella thouroughly. Consistency would be not to milky but not too dry. IT doesn' tmatter to much since you will be baking it so err on side of milky if questionable In another larger baking dish, mix Ricotta, about 1/2 jar of sauce and noodles til mixed thoroughly. Cover top with remaining mozzarella. Place tin foil over top and bake in oven at 375 for about 30-35 minutes. I will usually take the tin foil off with about 5 minutes to go to brown mozzarella.. Mmmmm mmm huevos con chorizo..... I put it in a flour tortilla with spanish rice and refried beans.. Little bit of tabasco and yum yum.... ALong those lines... Tacos lummy style.. make the taco meat whoever you like it... I usually will throw in some fried onions and black olives. Shredded cheddar cheese lettuce Tomatoes (if you like, I hate them tho) Pico de gallo sauce Fry corn tortillas in a light corn oil until they start to turn SLIGHTLY brown.. quickly put the taco meat inside and flip half of the tortilla over to cover... put on a paper towel to soak up excess oil Sprinkle Parmesan on the outside of tortilla then garnish Grew up way to fast, now there's nothing to believe, and reruns all become a history....

Hmmm.... Upgrade to SE? or from 95 to 98? I seem to remember multiple monitor support being mentioned with NT. I don't doubt you tho. From a support perspective, I've always pushed for not jumping on the band wagon and getting the latest and greatest...... Let everyone else run around and find the bugs.... I can't speak for XP since I've never tried it, but Win2k will maximize only the one screen. One will also acta as the primary and when you open up something, it will usually open in that screen. I have 2 identical cards. No biggie. I've used Dual head on WinNT and the characteristics were the same. I' pretty sure dual monitors weren't supported on 9x.... Funny thing since it's always been supported on a Mac.... Grew up way to fast, now there's nothing to believe, and reruns all become a history....
