Chris, I'm not trying to get off the subject, but why would it be any different if he was eliminated by fellow prisoners as opposed to a state function? Isn't the outcome the same? With that out of the way, I'd agree.. throwing him into general population and being raped and sodomized for a few years would be a fitting punishment.... if he does get the death penalty (I'm not sure that is an option in this case), won't he be segregated until the sentence is carried out anyways? I seem to recall that death penalty cases aren't put into general population. In Ca, he can be on death row (and has been) 10-15 years down the road. I promise not to TP Davis under canopy..
