But you keep doing it over and over and over. doing what over and over? (remember you're the one whining that the poor don't pay enough tax to keep the military in work) stay away from moving propellers - they bite blue skies from thai sky adventures good solid response-provoking keyboarding

Yep..that's right. No hope. No chance they'll ever find a job but wait.... What about all the "Hope and change"? Where's all that? Where's the jobs saved or created? Maybe they're in the stock market. These hopeless SOB's might as well take the pipe. this might help... http://www.commondreams.org/view/2010/04/15-3 stay away from moving propellers - they bite blue skies from thai sky adventures good solid response-provoking keyboarding

no, what would happen if everyone actually got a mortgage/loan (at the same time). what would happen then? stay away from moving propellers - they bite blue skies from thai sky adventures good solid response-provoking keyboarding

but they're buying money - with more money. if everyone (at the same time) did that what would happen? stay away from moving propellers - they bite blue skies from thai sky adventures good solid response-provoking keyboarding

They don't create money, they create credit. but sooner or later that credit has to be 'realised' into actual money. if the multiplier effect has been over-used then the two won't match (even after productivity improvements out in the real economy). there was too much interest/credit to pay back with real money - result shortcircuit. not the fault of the people who bought tickets on the plane - but the banks (and shadow structure) that sold too many tickets to seat everyone. stay away from moving propellers - they bite blue skies from thai sky adventures good solid response-provoking keyboarding

if banks don't create money how can they lend out 100 and expect back 120? who is creating that extra 20? stay away from moving propellers - they bite blue skies from thai sky adventures good solid response-provoking keyboarding

not sure what your point is. the economy didn't have the money to repay the bank loans (ie the banks created too much money). the banks were about to collapse (their checks to each other were bouncing) and the worry was massive deflation. up popped keynes who said print more money to stave off a depression. stay away from moving propellers - they bite blue skies from thai sky adventures good solid response-provoking keyboarding

yes it did happen - but then the government printed out the money to pay all those checks that were about to bounce

if everything goes up two percent then the inflation rate is two percent. meanwhile the poor have ten percent extra to spend
-
Not economics, either. link so, using your own figures, the poor get a price rise of a couple of percent, at the very most. in return they get a ten percent wage increase so their poverty has been reduced

No it doesn't. If it costs me more to make a product due to higher labor rates I am going to raise prices at least that same amount and probably round UP to the next percentage point. or become more efficient

12 years ago when my wife and I bought our house it took me 6 seconds without a calculator to know that I couldn't afford what the lender told me I could so we bought what we could afford. If I had gotten myself in a mortgage beyond my means who's fault is it if I defaulted the first time I had to put tires on a car? Not the bank's. it was obvious, without a calculator, that the banks had pumped as much debt money into the economy as it could handle. yet still they carried on, creating so much debt money (that could never, ever be repaid out in the real economy) that it crashed the entire global system. yet it was the banks that got bailed out. don't you find that strange? stay away from moving propellers - they bite blue skies from thai sky adventures good solid response-provoking keyboarding

but it does by increasing the minimum wage
