  1. Nice touch, Smoke. You make a great older sister. Speaking of which, do you have any advice for lonely old guys diagnosed with Major Depression? Just askin'
  2. No, Bobby, that is not true. Marla was made famous directly by the FBI via the statements they made to the journalist Alex Hanaford when PIO Ayn Dietrich told him in their two-hour interview that the Bureau had recently gotten the "most promising lead" ever in the Norjak investigation. That statement was published in Hanaford's paper, the Sunday London Telegraph, I believe. Then Casey and the gang at the PI and Seattle Times jumped on the story within a few hours, and somebody (WHO!?) leaked Marla's name and Uncle LD to them. The rest was journalistic history and Marla was on the front page of every English-speaking newspaper on the planet within 24-hours.
  3. My, Bobby, you speak so authoritatively! I'm impressed. You may be the John Wayne of Norjak! Maybe we should call you "Duke," eh? So, I gather that you think ol' Twisty Butt train-wrecked the FBI's intimate relationship with all of us private sleuths. Hmmm. You don't think the Curvy One was set up by the feds for their own purposes? Do you really think that the FBI thought LD Cooper was the best suspect that had come forward in 40 years - even before they had fingerprints and DNA tests completed? If so, please tell us more!
  4. I'm sure Robert appreciates your support, but I've got to ask...is this truly the only contribution that you are capable of making to this conversation? lol..what am I saying.... it is about as intelligent as some other childish banter we've seen on this thread. But really ...desecrating a corpse?? I'll bet your mom is real proud of that. Get another line. Danielle is actually a kid, and a guy. He suffers from autism and gets emotional sometimes. It's like some of the emails I get from readers. My hope is that they drag in Geestman and the other witnesses for questioning BEFORE they die. That would actually be better. I'm glad you're standing up for the kid, Bobby. It also makes me ask the question that was asked a while back. How come you're not investigating Bernie? He could make your case, no?
  5. As someone who has pissed in a lot of places during my life - it's one of the advantages of being 64 years old and urinating a lot - I have to ask, Danielle, why would you like to piss on Bernie's corpse? Not only am I an elder spokesperson on Norjak, some even say Cooper Royalty, I also have a unique perspective on pissing in strange places. Once I pissed in my garden the day I was discharged from the hospital after my heart attack. I passed out while I whizzed and had to be re-hospitalized. No one told me that men who have heart surgery can get light-headed and pass-out when they piss standing up. Now I know, and so do you, Danielle. So, be careful when you whiz away.
  6. Not exactly true, Bobby B / Robert. I found Marla and her family's Facebook pages an extraordinary treasure trove of information during her prime, Aug-November 2011. Also, the remarkable santizing job that occured in early Decemebr 2011 was also impressive. By the way, I think everyone should have a nick-name here at the DZ. It shows a kind of intimacy between us that balances all the defensive back-stabbing. Hence, you can call me Cousin Brucie anytime. Or, Uncle Brucie as Georger and some others prefer. I answer to both while I grit my teeth. But at least I know you love me. Just don't call me "Stinky." As for Vicki, well, honey you can call me anything your little ol' heart desires......as long as you call me.
  7. This is not what Lyle Christiansen has told me repeatedly. Lyle has sent me many emails and a snail mail package or two fiercely proclaiming that his brother was DB Cooper. His alleged confession that he was only interested in a movie deal, or thought this was a "good story" is not what he has professed to me. Quite the opposite. He has sent me reams of information supporting all the KC attributes as DBC. As for the movie angle, Lyle is also highly invested in being famous. Out of the blue one day he asked me to help him make contact with Hollywood folks so that a local starlet (in his eyes) could launch her film career. All that glitters is not gold, but there is a lot of sparkle being pumped out of Minnesota. Lyle also reminds me of other family members involved in this vortex - they neither admit that their loved one had the cajones to threaten to kill 42 people nor have they apologized in any public or overt manner for the traumas inflicted by the skyjacking. Not even a hat tip to Mr and Mrs Taxpaying America for picking up the tab on the official search. Somebody's gotta pay Ralph, et al, their 60K-plus pension checks... One final nit-pickin' detail. Kenny C's surviving brother is named Lyle, not Kyle. Also, the intrepid investigator who teamed with Bobby B to produce "Blast" is Skipp Porteous, not Skip. Why the two "p's" is one of the many Norjak mysteries that remain unsolved. Perhaps Mr. Skipp is just a zippity-do-dah-day kind of guy; I trust his good friend and colleague, RMB, will inform us one of these days. Let's clean up the Cooper Mysteries that we can, people! C'mon!!!
  8. Me opinionated? Surely you jest.
  9. DARN U Georger! U would have to pick on a song Duane sang so very well! I was already crying and now I am bawling. But, it did make me smile remembering Duane singing that song. He sang it better than Sinatra or anyone else who ever recorded it. His voice was powerful and he did NOT even need a microphone. Remembering his singing - is one of the GOOD memories I have. Mrs. Cooper has begun posting at the Mountain News, "Cooper" section. Come one, come all! I guess she needs her "voice" more than she needs her self-righteous indignation. And I suppose I need readers more than love! Ahhhh... we all have our weaknesses.
  10. Clearly, I'm not "reading" Playboy enough. Hmmmm....what will be my revenge? Stay tuned....
  11. Robert, we've been pranked. April 1st. Miss Vicki is doing an Earl Cossey Amboy chute imitation
  12. At least my rent would be paid for. I have a question for you - in case of my incarceration, do I still receive my social security check?
  13. Robert, I gather from this offer that you have rescinded your prohibition on me sharing Cooper info at the 2014 Auburn event. True? How do you suggest that I communicate with you about this possibility? As I understand from your last email to me, you are blocking my emails to you. I also seem to remember something about the Auburn cops getting warned about me and that pictures of me were being circulated to all the security staff and LE at the event in order to apprehend me, or at least keep tabs on me. I forget the reason, but has this situation also been resolved?
  14. I'll have to check with Bruce for confirmation. I attended the Portland Cooper Symposium with my spouse so I wasn't paying as close attention to Marla as a lot of guys were... but I never saw Marla engage in any inappropriate provocative behavior. Just a smile. No "butt twisting" Jo. If you are going to demean Marla you should have some evidence to support the "twisty butt" claims. 377 Like a YouTube clip, eh?
  15. Greetings all, A new suspect has entered the Cooper lore. His name is Wes Nelson, a former Green Beret with three tours of duty in Vietnam, a stint in Korea, and some action in WW II. He has been presented by his nephew, Earl Door, a former cop and Californina investigating dectective with the state's fraud unit. More details are at Shut's place.

Just a smile. No "butt twisting" Jo. If you are going to demean Marla you should have some evidence to support the "twisty butt" claims. 377 Three-Seven-Seven, I like Jo's nickname for Marla, and I think what happens with Marla's butt is more of an optical illusion, or some kind of visual perception distortion, caused by the twisting motion by guys like me as our necks squirm to get a better view the Magnificanet Marla. Technically, though, you are correct, I haven't seen Marla display any butt twisting, per se. I think all the twisting movement is performerd by those of us gawking. Along those lines, I didn't see any remarkable cleavage from Marla, or other tell-tale signs of twistiness. Although Marla did spin away as I questioned her. She hung up on me, saying, "I'm done talking to you!" And she is correct. She does appears to be done talking, although I am not done writing about her...
  17. +1. The FBI has more pressing matters. Check this out. A CA state senator, Leland Yee, has been so anti gun that he wanted mandatory registration of 3D printers that can produce gun parts. So Senator No Guns gets busted by the FBI trying to set up a multimillion dollar arms purchase to supply Muslim rebels in the Philippines. You couldnt make this stuff up. http://www.sacbee.com/2014/03/27/6274946/affidavit-details-sen-leland-yees.html What's ironic is that the only FBI scrutiny of this Dropzone forum was ended by Jo's complaining to FBI brass about Ckret. 377 I sense another Vortex has opened up in the Bay area, Three-Seven-Seven. Keep safe.
  18. Since you keep posting this information, Smoke, I'm gonna keep asking: "Where do you get this stuff about Tina??? Can we access it, too? It's dyn-o-mite!" Please share.
  19. I thought 377 paid about $3,500. I was at the auction. But then, 377 himself can tell us, right?
  20. I am happy to listen to you, Mrs. Cooper, but not until you deliver straight answers to my questions and apologize for your many smears. I will challenge eternally your conviction that you can call people liars, criminals, snakes, and stinky without impunity, regardless of how inconsistent Quade may be in his enforcement of civil behavior here. I was banned from this place for six weeks - far more than anyone else, by the way - and I don't see a lick of change in your disposition towards me. Do you? How about you, Quade? What do you think of Mrs Cooper's behavior on these past few pages? Has she reformed herself? Is she back to being the perfect Southern Belle? Not in my view. I did NOT address you at all - so please leave me alone. I do not need your help! Galen Cook does NOT post in this thread and he was permanently banned. My opinion of Cook is from personal experience & if you were to read my postings - you will know I can prove the things I stated. I do NOT need to prove anything to you nor do I need your help in anyway what-so-ever. The postings you are referencing did NOT address you or talk about you. But do you love me, Jo?
  21. Another possibility is that Porteous deceived Galen and that both emails presented are real. In my one phone call with Mr. Porteous he was coy and deceitful about his relationship with Geoffrey Gray, claiming that he had not met with him after their initial contact over the Lyle letter to the film maker. I disputed that, and he eventually changed his story, sounding contrite. As for lies, the most problematic one for me is the title of Mrrs. Porteous' and Blevins book. Into the Blast is not the "True Story of DB Cooper." And yet, maybe it IS. I asked Porteous about that choice of title. He told me: 'Just in case we're right...' (about Kenny) That's your biggest complaint, the TITLE of the book? That's funny. Face it. Your buddy, the guy you've posted for at Dropzone multiple times after he was banned permanently, is a LIAR. Simple as that. If you think his phony email messages 'from Porteous,' the ones he quoted, are real, why don't you ask him to produce them, as I did? Otherwise, you should ally yourself with people who don't make a habit of lying and calling others 'con men' in a pathetic effort to discredit. I figured when I posted the screenshot of Porteous' email showing we get along just fine, you would get the hint. Obviously you didn't. You are no better than him, either. You called my office under the guise of doing an interview for a local NW paper and the only place that 'interview' ever appeared was at Dropzone. I've deleted my shortcut to The Dead Zone (the alternate site). I no longer want to see anything that goes on there, and neither does the public I would imagine. You guys can busy yourselves eating each other's young and supporting users' lies over there. I know that's harsh, but you definitely deserve it. You say you support only the truth on the Cooper case. But your actions say it's okay to support non-truth as long as you like the guy telling the lies. Which makes your whole investigation into the case completely without merit until you change that policy. It's a trust thing, Bruce. It's okay to be wrong. It ain't okay to lie, or to support same. I'll attach that email from Porteous again...just in case you missed it. Robert, why are you so angry? Why do you feel so confident that Galen is a liar? Why are you so upset and hostile that my editors chose not to publish my interview with you about your Cooper book. I told you then and have repeated numerously since then that you would only go in the paper if you gave a talk or workshop about your book in my paper's coverage area - that they wouldn't print stories just on Cooper books but we needed a local angle, specifically Eatonville, Graham and Spanaway environs. Lastly, why are you so angry that I posted the interview here at the DZ? You don't want your book to be reviewed by these readers? Why not?
