    I just started training again after years of lay off......all i'm doin is the circut right now and I am pretty sore as well. but, I have been riding my bike everyday for a month and I have lost 25lbs......the bad thang, I now fall too slow to belly fly and keep up with a sitflyer!     YEP! cut it off and give it to the children who really need it! i work in a childrens hospital and i see these kids and teens who have lost it all and they would love to have beautiful hair again! it is well worth it! in fact, i am growing mine out for that reason and mercedes is going to give her beautiful red hair as well! it grows back! why not!     we just got back from moab and camped every night in the desert-and it gets hot out there.............and the "nasty" can be done in a very hot tent but it has to be quick, very quick! and about the noise at night, well, we got smiles and frowns from our camping neighbors!     i just flew back from spokane washington and i checked my camera pelican case...........i locked it with zip ties and it is covered in stickers of all kinds.......well, they took out all my camera stuff, took everything out of its leather cases, took a few pics and stuffed everything back in any way it would fit. and then they left me a nasty gram saying some kinda crap like it is for everyone's safety! and us americans are buying this shit from our governement!     rolling iraq was the wrong thing to do............ever wonder wy those people had such a ruthless and unjust leader? because those people are themselves ruthless and unjust. saddam kept a balance(it may not have been what we consider balance, but then again, iraq does no have "american" culture). iraq will be very expensive and will be very unstable for a very long time. those people are rats, they act like rats and they should be treated as such......just as saddam treated them. i do not believe that iraq was a threat any more than any other country in the world, but the american people bought that crap from Bush who has lied through his teeth so his bussiness friends can make what they lost in the Enron scandle. i have never voted democratic or independent before, but i will not vote for Bush............... i have one word for the american people-SUCKERS!     i would have lost it! that is one of the greatest ideas i have ever heard!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that just kicks ass! and what a rude thing to do in the backcountry, he must have been an ass! something like that happened to me and my g/f in canyonlands area. we found a really cool spot out in the desert that overlooks a beautiful canyon and not a soul in sight for miles..............well, we get camp set up and we were "relaxing" and in the distance, way in the distance, we see a dirt cloud coming our direction. it turned out to be a summer class from the UofA.......about 15 trucks full of people! i do not even know how they got all thoose trucks out there! well, the "advance" party said it would probably not be very comfortable for us, so we packed it up and left. i did try to ask them for a permit, but he was shaper than many and said, "you do not need a permit, this is BLM land!" we were not happy campers that night!
