i wouldnt care..but i jump a small rig anyway...but think about it....hit the groud at a high rate of speed, and have some chance of controling the landing....or hit the groud at an even higher rate of speed while inside a huge metal casing and have NO control over the landing what so ever. I'm kinda of a big guy so landing in a crashing plane or trying to land a double digit canopy would bring pretty much the same results! Just asking what size and kind would just be for comfort while trying to "enjoy" the unexpected high altitude jump! Or, how about this......The plane is going down and you are in your seat(and you are thinking, Damn, I wish I had my rig) and all of the sudden you see someone walking toward the back of the plane with a rig on! So what are you going to do?

RIGHT! HAHAHAHAHAHA!

You cannot really just train a dog to do or not to do one thing.......you need to train your dog to think, communicate with you, follow hand and sound commands and instill a sense of self-awareness and responsibility to You-the master(or in this case your brother). Once you do this, then teaching him to stay within the boundaries of the yard would be very easy. But your dog is still young and probably not ready for very much especially since it sounds as if you have not done much training with him. I work with my dog about an hour a day and we do all kinds of physical and mental exercises. Before I had to put down the other boxer I had, I would train both of then at the same time and that was much fun! It was hard at first, but once they both began to understand how they should work together and what I expected of them, their learning curve exploded! If you would like some training tips or ideas, PM me and tell you my experience.

To build a good body, start with these three ingridents and add others for flavor. 1. Squats 2. Deadlifts 3. Flat Bench. Yep, if you want to get big this is what needs to be done. And from the looks of your arm in the pic, I would not worry about eating a strict protein diet you might find in M&F mag.........You probably should eat all the meat you can stand and most of the carbs and train really hard! Any fat you may gain can be burned off later. About supplements, I made my biggest gains when drinking protein shakes and eating steaks. They may work in the short time, but in the long run, I think it a waste of money.

32 hours in the Philadelphia penal system...

Man, how fucked up! You have a few options, but, in reality, you cannot do anything to protect yourself. She has some kind of relationship with the DA no doubt, and I hope you have a lawyer that plays golf with the judge and knows all his or her kids b-days-that is the kind you need! I hope your legal team is able to prove she has lied to everyone and the cops do the right thing and charge her...........but you know, don't plan on it! The only thing you can do is be on your best behavior on court day! -
I do - but they are from the hotel on Wed / Thurs when it was raining / cloudy / windy and we barely left our room. Don't think I'm gonna share those. Nothing like a bad weather day to have some fun with photography! "Some call it heavenly in it's brilliance, others mean and rueful of the western dream"

Damn, those are some muscle bound chics! I dig strong girls but damn! Have you ever seen what steroids do to the clit on a woman? It makes it much bigger! I knew a girl whose clit was about as big as my thumb, and she had not taken any roids in 4 years! It was scary! Too skinny is when your hip bones leave bruises on the insides of my thighs. Well, is that a sign of being "too skinny" or lack of technique? "Some call it heavenly in it's brilliance, others mean and rueful of the western dream"

I used to body build and I was in good shape with a 52 chest and a 34/36 waist, but, I never had that ultra-lean totally ripped look(My body would not lean out that far without the lose of muscle and I just did not want to take all the drugs needed for that). And more women were turned off by far. I quit training in 96(and crazy diets too!) and now I look like I used to have muscle and I get treated much differently-not just women, by everyone......But women who like mucsle guys really like it! Kinda funny, black women would chase me all over the place and they were not shy about it either!!!!! "Some call it heavenly in it's brilliance, others mean and rueful of the western dream"

I am looking at all these people with ash smear'd accross their faces today thinking WTF, my God do not make me do that! And too, I do not have to fear it either! Have you ever seen a dog that was terrified of it owner, why did people worship a God they must fear? "Some call it heavenly in it's brilliance, others mean and rueful of the western dream"
