  3. QuoteThe air is filtered through a metal wire mesh. (The strands are some 3 inches apart..) HAHA!! That just keeps the birds out! They really should filter the air. It would not cost much and it would protect people and equipment.
  4. thanks for the responce. I was thinking about sand or something like that.
  5. Is the air filtered? Small projectiles could really hurt!
  6. I don't think that guy will ever go away! Same thing for Dianne Feinstein "Some call it heavenly in it's brilliance, others mean and rueful of the western dream"
  7. A really good friend of mine will spend a couple of hundred bucks on food at Sam's(CostCo for Cali people) only to ask for a big cup for water and then fill it up with chopped onions at the hotdog bar! He will usually ask me to carry it out and sometimes he even puts a straw in it to make it look more real! "Some call it heavenly in it's brilliance, others mean and rueful of the western dream"
  8. Chris Farley style! Speedballs and hookers,,,,,,,,,,,,, why not! "Some call it heavenly in it's brilliance, others mean and rueful of the western dream"
  9. I once left my helmut and alti at the DZ for about 7 month break and when I came back both were hanging on the rack together. I thought that cool.
  10. My boss makes an ass of himself very often.....so he needs no help from me! "Some call it heavenly in it's brilliance, others mean and rueful of the western dream"
  11. Well, that's just not consistent with the info that's out there... at the very least the government of the UK thought there were WMDs... I guess the "Vast Right Wing Conspiracy Theory" folks need something to cling to. J Right Josh, I think it is pretty obvious what the "Vast Right Wing Conspiracy Theory" really is! Hint: it is not about land or hide the cigar! "Some call it heavenly in it's brilliance, others mean and rueful of the western dream"
  12. Am I the only one who read that entire article in my head using Bob Edwards voice? "Some call it heavenly in it's brilliance, others mean and rueful of the western dream"
  13. Every country in the world knew/knows Iraq had nothing. Our current government can only fool Americans, not the world. "Some call it heavenly in it's brilliance, others mean and rueful of the western dream"
  14. What about that sweet, white drug everyone gets hooked on kills millions around the world one way or another........SUGAR! It is beyond my understanding why we cage people for smoking a weed that grows naturally most everywhere in the world and has been used by every society known to man. "Some call it heavenly in it's brilliance, others mean and rueful of the western dream"
  15. Rage for Order.......great concert too.
  16. I have a jeep wrangler and people have peeled the window off the frame to get in. Funny thing is, I do not even have keys to the doors so they are never locked and all they had to do was open the damn door! Never had a top cut though.
  17. You should see the new Ikea on I-10! About 6 months ago they finished the new building(on the same lot, but behind the old one and made the parking lot twice as big) and it is bigger and better! I drive by everyday and the lot is most always full! It may even be worth a trip from CO!!!!!!!! HAHAHAHA! "Some call it heavenly in it's brilliance, others mean and rueful of the western dream"
  18. I think it came from a Saddam mobile unit! Nonetheless, whoever is using this thing may have built a rocket to go with it! What kind of guidance system does a Stinger use? I know the US has lost a number of those over the years. "Some call it heavenly in it's brilliance, others mean and rueful of the western dream"
  19. Now over 100,000 and by the end of next week it will probably be 225,000+ by the end of next.......that is terrible. But, 10 years ago 800,000 people were murdered in a small African country in less than 3 months and not many people really seemed to care at the time. Not to mention no real help from the rest of the world. Odd how things work. "Some call it heavenly in it's brilliance, others mean and rueful of the western dream"
  20. A couple of months ago a skydiver landed and it was obvious this person needed an ambulance.........I ran into manifest and told the person working to make the call.......he looked at the loader and said "will go out and make sure"!!!!!! Maybe another reason to jump with a cell phone! "Some call it heavenly in it's brilliance, others mean and rueful of the western dream"

  22. Mean pits usually have mean owners, unless the pit is lack genetic diversity.
  23. Mass graves and maybe mass burnings. The 1900 storm of Galveston they tried to dump all the bodies at sea-but they washed back up a few days later. Then they built huge "bone fires" for weeks. "Some call it heavenly in it's brilliance, others mean and rueful of the western dream"
  24. I can't believe it - 22,000 dead, and still counting, and our priorities are Jet Li & some guy who's been on Oprah?! Pathetic - I have seen very few funds set up for relief of those who were affected, and almost all media coverage I've heard is concerning well-known Americans who MAY have been hurt. I have an issue with this... I think by the end of the week the number will be more like 100,000. Behold the power of nature because we are really nothing more than ants. "Some call it heavenly in it's brilliance, others mean and rueful of the western dream"
  25. I notice odd things and I would like to say I would have noticed the ocean doing something strange. And too, with such a powerful displacement of energy, I would think you could feel the ground shake-especially a beach. I sure would like to see something like that though.....from far away of course!
