    I had no problem getting through to the secured loading area with a full bottle of water in my front jean pocket while leaving Amsterdamn a couple of months ago...............The Dutch are great people, they just need to pay a little more attention.

    Before my house burned down last year, I had the book they published about finding Mallory's body....that must have been very spooky! I sure wish they could find the camera.....Kodak says they could probably harvest whatever film has been exposed. Read a book called Blind Corners.......great climbing/adventure book......

    Maybe you are the one with the dirty mind. He could have just been innocently flirting with you. How do you know that he didn't mean "I like girls who appreciate the little things I do for them" ? I agree.....what he said can go either way, but I know a few people at work that say things like that all the time and it is not ment in a "dirty" context. You could be very mistaken. And where I work, most of these people say things that could have all kinds of meanings but they really do not realize it. Men included.

    I think you hit on a good point. Police will eventually use this for other reasons. No different than taser’s. At first they were to be used as a last resort to shooting, and now, you just never know when they are going to tag you for little or no reason! I have seen the videos!     Grandma's I recall, while sitting on the table at Skydive Houston a few years back, you telling your daughter to watch out for grandma's driving! Glad grandma is ok.

    Carbone Zone does have good food......especially when I could catch him on a load....I used to run in, cook my burger and pay him just as he was walking in after his jump!     I think a little of both. But they are needed. What I don't like is the fact they are being put so close to National Parks. I was on top of Texas in May and I could see them in the distance. I don't like seeing wells near Arches and Canyonlands either. And I was surprised by how many more have been installed out in West Texas in the last few years.......I like the idea of them being built off shore.

    It's inconsiderate of you. Just because you make your living in the mud, doesn't give you the right to spread it around everyone else's area. Clean yourself up before entering, or take the boots off. That doesn't seem like too much to ask of you.     I have taken the tour of the Smoke Jumpers base in McCall and what a great place that is! My guide was a great guy and did a great job of showing off more of the details when I told him I was a skydiver! He dressed me in a rig complete with fire fighting gear, and wow, it was a lot!!!! And then he said he sometimes had to pack it out for miles after they put out the fire! Great place! And I love the pics on the office wall of the jumpers jumping into trees that are on fire! And that was no 1200 ft jump either! He would not let me try out the cable ride in the training area though........

    When I was a young teen I found a Marylin Chambers VHS in the neighbors trash......dogs got into it and I was cleaning it up like a good kid....well, what a surprise that was!     Better hurry.. after the super volcano there blows.. no one will want to go there for a very long time...then again no one will be able to travel for a long time.... at least for those few millions that manage to live thru the aftermath of the eruption.
