    My husband had a cousin who 'stopped in' all of the time, ate our food, used our phone for his long distance (business) telephone calls. Did this for years, and was pretty expensive as a guest. Finally one day he called from a place 3 and a half hours away, saying that he was 'in the neighborhood'. I told him 'great come on over!' 'We're having pizza, it's your turn to buy' and then I mentioned that my 4 ravenous nephews were staying with us, and they would need to eat, too. Well, he bought the pizza, pop and beer, for the first time ever, and never came over to leach off of us again. skydiveTaylorville.org freefallbeth@yahoo.com

    Weather here is calling for another big storm Sunday night. I would imagine I'll be out plowing in it from around midnight until ??? I'll have to bring my headset along and start hitting the speed dial numbers (ya ALL each have a speed dial number).     ok, well we all know that I don't exist, and if I don't exist, then there is no WFFC, and if there is no WFFC then most of you have never met each other, so you are ALL figments of some imagination somewhere. On the other hand, there is a bottle of margaritas floating out there somewhere that has my name on it, and if IT exists, then then I exist, and if I exist the WFFC exists, then the naked Sunny that I saw at the WFFC, and the cute Jake, and Patrick of the Ass and Mary all exist too.     Thanks for the Margarita Michael, it shooooorrreee is goooood right now. Anywho, yes, I am putting together all of the 'correct' skinny on the actual beginning of the World Free Fall Conventions' conception. btw, that named was coined by Don Kirlin, because he felt that the Convention should reflect the comaraderie of the entire skydiving world, and not be under the ownership of one individual. The skipped year happened because when Roger was unable to be around for a while the City of Quincy approached Don and Rob Ebbing, and asked them if they could put together another Freak Brothers Reunion. Don and Rob said if they were going to do it, it was going to be bigger and better than anything the skydiving world had ever seen before, and it would take them a year to pull it off. They did, it was and the rest is WELL< HISTORY. Anyway, I'll put together a nice bio of the whole thing, and it will be on the WFFC website for those of you who are interested. skydiveTaylorville.org freefallbeth@yahoo.com

    I'm biased so I won't vote... I too work the Convention, so I'm biased and can't vote. But, I was thinking of heading to LP this year for a few days since there was a longer break between the two. Mind you, it would be just so I can see what LP is all about. It's a dirty job, traveling around and being an "event" jumper, but someone's got to do it ooo, take me with you!!
