Lucky guy! Yea, my grandkids can have ALL of the things their parents weren't allowed to have. Don't care how much it costs, how big of a mess it makes, or if it is 'age appropriate' skydiveTaylorville.org freefallbeth@yahoo.com

Thanks Guys, I'm not good with that stuff.. skydiveTaylorville.org freefallbeth@yahoo.com

Folks here is the link to the guest book for Rich Garrond, who died at Skydive Dallas last weekend. Please feel free to add your condolences for his family. At a time like this it is good to know how many lives your father/dad/brother touched, and there is comfort in reading the most simple messages. http://www.legacy.com/oklahoman/LegacySubPage2.asp?Page=LifeStory&Pe rsonId=3052708 skydiveTaylorville.org freefallbeth@yahoo.com

Just how much of Opie you wanna see? It was written on the bar last year that he has a big dick... Has or IS a big dick? Naw, no matter what , we love Opie! Sounds like it's time for a mid winter video party with breakfast at 3 AM at the Mahlos again. I think Opie came to it last year, if not, he was the only local skydiver who WASN't here. skydiveTaylorville.org freefallbeth@yahoo.com

Opie is about 30 miles from here. You're on! Then I would get to see more of Opie, too! What fun! skydiveTaylorville.org freefallbeth@yahoo.com

QuoteMy heartfelt condolences, and may the family find peace sooner rather than later. Rich now flies with angels in endless freefall. And his brother Bill, who passed in Oct. We all grieve for this family, for we are part of them. I have a great pic of Rich with his brother Dennis, taken on Sat night prior to his death. I'll be posting it this weekend, so we can all remember Rich and smile. skydiveTaylorville.org freefallbeth@yahoo.com

We moved into this house in Dec. 79. Our first utility bill was a little over 500 bucks. I spent everypenny I could find on insulation, outlet cover insulaters, water heater blankets etc. I tell my kids, if you are cold, put on a hat. That's what my mountain climbing guide said, and she was right. Save your cash for jumps! skydiveTaylorville.org freefallbeth@yahoo.com

I know that we staffers are on the HAVE to be there list, but believe it or not, contrary to what I may LOOK like when I am there, I CHOOSE to be there! I LOVE working 14 to 20 hour days for 25 straight days in 95 degree heat, rain, wind, cold, whatver the weather gods throw at us. It is really fun dealing with some of the interesting things you guys toss in our direction (literally, hey knock it off would ya?) beth skydiveTaylorville.org freefallbeth@yahoo.com -

Hey! I was just talking on the phone to Bernice about this years WFFC, scrolling down the "new posts since last visit" page and came across this. Add my name to the list, cuz it looks like I'm still part of the Staff, and I'll be there! Snowwhite skydiveTaylorville.org freefallbeth@yahoo.com -
Well, it's not ALL bad, after all, we do have A degree. ONE could be worse skydiveTaylorville.org freefallbeth@yahoo.com

Too much talk, too little action. D. James Nahikian CHICAGO I hate bad weather days at the WFFC, we have the most injuries with all of that pent up energy being confined to the ground... skydiveTaylorville.org freefallbeth@yahoo.com

PM sent. Maybe we have a couple of folks in common.. skydiveTaylorville.org freefallbeth@yahoo.com

Hmm, I'll let my friend know that. He is usually more careful than that. Although, I can believe anyone of those would have happened, as you say there are alot of crazy lawsuits out there! skydiveTaylorville.org freefallbeth@yahoo.com

I have a friend who is a judge. He has a tendency to see the silly side of his profession, and sometimes shares the inside with me. Here is his most recent contribution to my day... I consider it more like a whining dog... Anyhoo, since i really have nobody close, getting a jump start isn't an option. I got the "crusty stuff" cleaned off the battery about a month ago, so thats not the issue. Ooh, and the mot fun thing is my driver's door. Something is fucked up with the lock mechanism so i get to climb in through the passenger side. At least if it was summertime i could be cool and do the Dukes of Hazzard thing, but too cold to keep the windows down. Isn't winter fun? Ok, make sure that your battery is good, and keep your fuel tank at LEAST half full. Everytime you fill up, add a can of HEET. Tomorrow is supposed to be subzero again, so do it now! If you haven't taken care of your battery yet, they are really easy to remove, and you can get a cab, go to a Walmart, Sears, or Farm and Fleet, and they will sell you a new one, take back the old one, and you should be on the go cheap. Make sure to pick up some HEET while you are there, so you can add it to whatever amount of fuel you currently have. Contrary to advice given here, don't EVER fill your tank while the engine is running or someone is smoking. Those gas station fires can be really nasty. Even cell phones are a no no while fueling. If you need me to come and rescue you, let me know. I understand that Michael has the flu, or I bet he would give you a hand... skydiveTaylorville.org freefallbeth@yahoo.com
