  1. At WFFC 2003 it was "somebody turned in a wallet that was thought stolen, and all the money and jump tickets were intact" skydiveTaylorville.org freefallbeth@yahoo.com
  2. We saw Maynard in concert about a half dozen times from 74 to 76. I bought my trumpet playing husband a flugelhorn, just so he could learn "Feels so Good" and play it for me. Great music, but the concert was the same EVERY time, so what the heck, we just started turning the stereo up loud and listening to his albums more. Ok trumpet players, do you know who Bill Chase was? There were some GREAT lips! skydiveTaylorville.org freefallbeth@yahoo.com
  3. I've had a LOT of stitches. Don't be afraid, go get it checked out before it is too late to close it, otherwise everything under the sun will find it's way into the wound, and pulling crap out of it is worse than getting stitches. (Every have to pull a LONG hair out of a wound OUCH!) If the wound is in a non bendy area, it's likely that the doc will use a butterfly bandage kinda thingy, they are a lot more popular than when I used to accidentally carve myself up. I had a neice who ended up with like 180 of those little butterfly buggers after some major bone surgery. Her mom had had the same surgery 10 years before and had to have the same number of stitches, so lots of improvements have been made. skydiveTaylorville.org freefallbeth@yahoo.com
  4. Thinking good thoughts for you, hoping things work out well. Sometimes, when bad things happen, it trips the Karma in the opposite direction and things turn out even better than you had planned. I hope that is what is going on for you! skydiveTaylorville.org freefallbeth@yahoo.com
  5. cool for you! Good for us! If you go, thanks! skydiveTaylorville.org freefallbeth@yahoo.com

  9. Cozy! Clean! Well built and water view! Wow, around here you would pay a fortune for that view. Good luck with it, and enjoy it! skydiveTaylorville.org freefallbeth@yahoo.com
  10. my poor hubby hasn't been home since Feb 1. He decided to come home this weekend, so we could celebrate his dads 80th Birthday. He got as far as Osseo Wisc, and he's stuck in 14 inches of snow, and more is falling by the minute. For him, the upside is, he's stuck at at XXX Truckstop. Guess I won't see him this weekend.... skydiveTaylorville.org freefallbeth@yahoo.com
  11. I think we should trade Don Kirlins wife, during the WFFC. Can you imagine, the new wife would be there while 2000 skydivers were jumping all around her, and the partying was going on til daybreak! Bet they pair up with an ultra conservative Christian family instead.... skydiveTaylorville.org freefallbeth@yahoo.com
  12. You are an ARTEEEST! skydiveTaylorville.org freefallbeth@yahoo.com
  13. I'm busy packing and trying to get ready for my trip to DC tomorrow. Made the mistake of getting a new water heater tonight, and I still don't have enough hot water for a good soak, and I really need one. Leaving at 5AM for DC where I hear the weather is lovely, and there are supposed to be several parties tomorrow and Thurs nights, with meetings all day long Wed, Thur and Fri. Fast trip, good food and some friends. skydiveTaylorville.org freefallbeth@yahoo.com

  19. They didn't buy the property, they moved onto a conservation reserve, where there supposedly was no trespassing. Then when they ran into trouble they sent a BLIND girl for help. She wouldn't be able to tell the difference in the cultures so they wouldn't be compromised if she got back. skydiveTaylorville.org freefallbeth@yahoo.com

  23. I don't know if your figures are anywhere close to accurate, because from what I have heard, sex offenders never have a complete cure from their addiction. What I can tell you is this, if the creep that molested my nephew, and some of the other kids in that neighborhood ever got out of jail, and came anywhere near my grandson, he wouldn't have the equipment to molest any other kids... skydiveTaylorville.org freefallbeth@yahoo.com

  25. ********* you are very generous! I agree, I loved the book, even tho as a "good Catholic" (is there any other kind) I am supposed to be offended because we "good Catholics" are supposed to take the bible literally. Of course we have always known that the translation of the bible that we read is different than alot of other Christian sects, and is only what was spoon fed to us by the 13th Century pope who decided that he was the only one who could decide what did and did not make it to print. skydiveTaylorville.org freefallbeth@yahoo.com
