If its carbon fiber make sure to seal it up when you are done cutting. This is to make sure that those pesky carbon fibers dont somehow make it in to your camera and cause havok. I would use some clear fingernail polish or something like that. As far as the tools go the dremel should work great. IItywybmab?

I know of 2 other people that had this same problem and ended up drilling a new hole for the dyter noise. I would also check to see if the lining was covering the hole any. IItywybmab?

Howdy, I jump a hw 150 and LOVE IT!! I have landed it crosswind and downwind with no problems what so ever. I have never seen it buckle or calapse at slow speed. And as far as the fabric goes it seems to be the same fabric used on the Tri's, Diablo's , and cobalts. Maybe some one can tell me if they are diff. Just curious what will you be loading it at? mine is at 1.56 flyes great. here is a pic

Mine had to have been my second nite jump..... Low layer of clouds reflecting the light of the full moon back up brighter than every, me and 2 of my best friends sitflying in the dark. to this day ive never seen anything cooler.....
