Thanks to a friend, I learned this one....with slight modification Tortilini Quartered Artichoke hearts Diced tomato Fresh parmesian/romano cheese ground white pepper fresh garlic olive oil... MMMMM You can very if you want a fattening version and add alfredo sauce too. But alone that is damn good stuff. If the ACL is fixed I dont think you really need to worry about that. What they are more concerned with, by my guess anyway is dislocating shoulders, heart problems or anything else that could directly effect your ability to pull and stear the canopy. Right, but I would be under the assumption if it is fixed and no longer causing a problem it shouldnt be an issue. I had my knee done in '93 After 94' it never was an issue again, as it was fixed. Felt no need to list it as such. I jumped and did all kinds of stuff with no worry. Though I do still ski out west with a knee brace. But that is more of a baby blanket thing. I tore mine skiing. Having said that, if YOU think it is an issue. I would rethink about doing something till you are confident it can handle it. Doc can only give an opinion, only you know weather the knee can take it or not. That is understood, that is part of the whole cycle of life. Each of us has things going on in our lives that takes our time. But to not return a call AT ALL. This particular person isnt "That busy" no kids, no family no wife etc. My best friend of 18 years has a daughter, she gets busy and I understand that, though if I dont hear back from her by some means with in 48 hours I get worried. She will take the 2 seconds to call and say "Dude things are haywire, will call you when I can" Maybe I have just been spoiled by my friends and family BTW I am not stupid, sometimes people get busy, and sometimes people just dont want to talk to you. Could be at that moment thing, or it could be that they are blowing you off. Just wish people would be honest with themselves and me.
