Probably so. I doubt they would hurt the dishwasher even a little bit. Unless the dishwasher is a person and you throw the switch at them. Walt It is not nice to throw switches at anyone! They hurt! I caught a 6500-e chassis with my face while trying to rack it with my coworker. Warning, racking 6500's with out the lift and having tiny hands, you hand will get stuck in the handle, almost broke and you will be balancing the thing on your eyebrow. We normally keep general temps in our DC around 73 deg. Gives us a buffer if something does happen. Remember I am in a Tier 4 Hosting facility. (Tier 1 data com). The AC, power, UPS and generators here are impressive. Cooling is done through (3) 350 ton chillers and (16) 30 ton CRAC units to distribute air through the raised floor and up through perforated tiles This site is small compared to the other one 10 min away I started at...that one is over 100k sf of equipment though there is no CO there...there is here. I am happy as hell I wasn't on call this past weekend...we lost a chiller. Granted nothing ended up crashing and it only got to 85 deg in the data center with a few heat warnings . But my luck if I had been on I would have been in here half the weekend doing damage control. That is all the same traits my Shiba Foster has right now. I have to laugh about the sucking stuff in the crate thing. She did that two nights ago, I still have no idea how she got to this stuff off the shelf, but it was shredded in her crate when I got home from work. That was also after pulling the sheet off the crate and into the crate... Sounds about right... Loud bars are the worse for me...especially if I am focused on something, I can be completely oblivious to something going on to my right... I normally have head on swivel most of the time even on the ground cause of having deaf side, but every now and again I turn the swivel off and space out when I think I am safe. I have to laugh...I am deaf in one ear. Most general people dont know this. They walk up on my right hand side and start talking to me. I dont hear them, they walk away pissed off accusing me of egnoring them assuming I am being stuck up bitch. They turn all when I tell them I am almost completely deaf in that ear... Thats right my dog got his B last weekend. My Siberian "Dakota". For some stupid reason he decided he needed to jump off the second story balcony to come find me and the foster puppy I have. I have left him out there millions of times the last year no problem. Till then. Lucky only a busted toe, knocked the wind out of himself and scared the daylights out of him and me. He is ok and is running around again (week after) I have officially renamed him "Geronimo!"
