The good news is that the Pollen counts are supposed to be really low thjis weekend. It's about 6.5 up here and 4.5 down in Perris. (higher is worse for us allergy sufferers) That should ease my fooking allergies a bit. I am dying here... I mean I AM DYING!! I really hope I am not coming down with something else, but I'll know by tomorrow if it's sickness or allergies. Butthead: Whoa! Burritos for breakfast! Beavis: Yeah! Yeah! In Perris. At least according to Mr. Weatherman. 90 degrees currently, at 6PM, with expected high temps hitting 103 on Friday and 100 on Saturday. Perrisites, is it really that hot out there ? Wondering if I should bring my portable A/C for my tent... LOL Butthead: Whoa! Burritos for breakfast! Beavis: Yeah! Yeah! Cool! bellyflier on the dz.com hybrid record jump

The trick with shutting them off is you have to be QUICK. Quicker than turning it on. Turning it on, you can press the button for a second or two and then twice more when the light goes on. Turning it off requires a bit more speed and timing. Press the button, but just for a milisecond -as quick as you can, and then you should see the light come on twice more and hit the button each time. Butthead: Whoa! Burritos for breakfast! On the first day God created the cow. God said, "You must go to the field with the farmer all day long and suffer under the sun, have calves and give milk to support the farmer. I will give you a life span of sixty years." The cow said, "That's kind of a tough life you want me to live for sixty years. Let me have twenty and I'll give back the other forty." And God agreed. On the second day God created the dog. God said, "Sit all day by the door of your house and bark at anyone who comes in or walks past. I will give you a life span of twenty years." The dog said, "That's too long to be barking. Give me ten years and I'll give you back the other ten." So God agreed (sigh). On the third day God created the monkey. God said, "Entertain people, do monkey tricks, make them laugh. I'll give you a twenty year life span." The monkey said, "How boring, monkey tricks for twenty years? I don't think so. Dog gave you back ten, so that's what I'll do too, okay?" And God agreed again. On the fourth day God created man. God said, "Eat, sleep, play, have sex, enjoy. Do nothing, just enjoy, enjoy. I'll give you twenty years." Man said, "What? Only twenty years" No way, man. Tell you what, I'll take my twenty, and the forty the cow gave back, and the ten the dog gave back and the ten the monkey gave back, that makes eighty, okay?" "Okay," said God. "You've got a deal." So that is why the first twenty years we eat, sleep, play, have sex, enjoy, and do nothing; for the next forty years we slave in the sun to support our family; for the next ten years we do monkey tricks to entertain the grandchildren; and for the last ten years we sit on the front porch and bark at everyone. Life has now been explained. Butthead: Whoa! Burritos for breakfast! Beavis: Yeah! Yeah! Cool! bellyflier on the dz.com hybrid record jump

Here's a good comparison chart: http://www.centralcomputer.com/ComparisonChart/Monitor32103.pdf also on that site are some good 21" CRTs for under $600.00 I personally like the Iiyama 22" MA201d or the Sony CPD-E540 I've had my Iiyama 21" for almost 3 years now and it still kicks ass. Sorry, the geek in me can't let this one slide. Maybe you did a typo, but... A kilobit is abreviated as Kb, not KB. A KB is kilobyte. 50kb is just a bit faster than a 56k modem. The same goes for Mb (Megabit) and MB (Megabyte).

Both Caffeine and Theobromine are in Chocolate. Most people are unaware, but Cholate DOES contain traces of caffeine. I have had this talk with my dad numerous times cause he feeds his Cocker bits of chocolate and other goodies. I was totally against giving my dog any chocolate until I did a little research. A little chocolate will not hurt the dog. A little meaning a pinch of a candy bar or cookie. The real killer is in the bakers chocolate. If a dog gets ahold of a bar of this stuff, you better be prepared to take fido to the Vet ER ASAP. Here's a good site that lists the amount of both of those ingredients in different kinds of chocolate : http://www.chocolateinfo.com/cf/cf_article_02.jsp Butthead: Whoa! Burritos for breakfast! how far do you live from the DZ?
Cornholio replied to bunge's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
that question should be a multiple answer DZ1 is 50 min away DZ2 is 1 hour away DZ3 is 90 min away DZ4 is 90 min away There are good and bad things at both 1 and 2, but I would call #2 my home dz. or here for the geeks: Slappies chat is IRC server IRC.XIRCN.COM port: 6667 Butthead: Whoa! Burritos for breakfast! Beavis: Yeah! Yeah! Cool! bellyflier on the dz.com hybrid record jump

Is this a good idea ? nope, it's not. Here's why: First you got to have a Passport account. Second is you got to install this chat applet which means you got to shut down your browser and start it over again. Third is there is this blazing huge fuqing ad flashing on the top of the screen. And fourth... I was there and it was empty. At least if I go to the dz.com chatroom I can talk to slappie or his bot. Plus I can use mIRC with it and don't hassle with the web software. Nice try, please come again.

That is true. However, I thought there was another caveat that after 20 minutes at a constant altitude, the cypres will reset to that altitude. That is why if the plane circles for more than 20 minutes, they cyrpi are either reset or the pilot has to make small adjustments to the altitude to fool the cypress into thinking that they're still climbing. Is this true, or another lie someone told me ?? Butthead: Whoa! Burritos for breakfast! Beavis: Yeah! Yeah! Cool! bellyflier on the dz.com hybrid record jump

someone told me that if you give alka-seltzers to seagulls they explode in flight. Is there any truth to this ? Sounds about as fishy as popping aspirin in your battery.
