  1. Translation: "Hey, Cornholilo is a fat dude, he falls like a rock....maybe let them take Lizzie or Adam on a FAST ride in the base. " Actually, I am losing weight and getting buff now... so my speeds are starting to slow down. But yeah, I still make a pretty good fast base. Butthead: Whoa! Burritos for breakfast! Beavis: Yeah! 2. Oh, right right... but this will only block the messenger RPC messages, not the popups from web sites or installed spyware. Get Adware or SpyWare and install that to remove those internal popups. Use Mozilla or a pop-up killer program to get rid of web pop-ups. Butthead: Whoa! Burritos for breakfast! Beavis: Yeah! Yeah! 3. Sorry, my mistake...yes windows Messenger Taken from the script file : Butthead: Whoa! Burritos for breakfast! Beavis: Yeah! Yeah! Cool! bellyflier on the dz.com hybrid record jump
  4. It is nearly impossible to remove Windows messenger (not MSN Messenger) from XP. You can disable it, but it seems to find a way to turn itself back on. The best way is to remove the program and service. Use that program in my previous post. Edit: to change the word MSN to Windows. Butthead: Whoa! Burritos for breakfast! Beavis: Yeah! Yeah! 5. I've got all that up to "services". I don't see that under system tools. Hmmmm Thanks for the help. 98, 98SE, ME, XP, or 2000? Here, use this program. This will safely remove it from XP, and it might work for 2000. I have not tested it with that OS. And No, it is not a virus. Open it up in notepad and read it if you don't belive me. And Phree, can you elaborate on how blocking DNS port 53 will stop unwanted pop-ups ? Even if you only had port 80 open, you would still see the pop-ups. Butthead: Whoa! Burritos for breakfast! 6. Yeah, what she said.... Goodbye!! It really irritates me when people do that... just leave already, you don't have to announce it. IMO, the only reason why people announce it is cause they want us to feel bad for them and ask them to stay. Not me.. you wanna go ? There's the door... BYE!! Butthead: Whoa! Burritos for breakfast! 8. All the above is true, but it could be that XP just gave up on installing the driver. Check under "Other Devices" in Device Manager and see if there is something called "USB controller/device " or the dreaded "Unknown device" If it is, go to the manufacturers web site and get their drivers and try to re-install the driver. True, USB is native to XP, but some manufacturers have special device drivers to enable FULL support of their devices that the built-in drivers don't cover. For instance, my Canon Digital camera is that way. XP sees a USB device, even correctly identfies it, but it still asks for a driver disk for it to operate correctly. Butthead: Whoa! 9. I thought that this movie was definitely not scary. If anything it was entertaining. The original one or the one with DeNiro ? I love that movie! I saw that movie and Body Parts for the first time while I was tripping on acid. Those freaked me out. I saw them both again a few years ago, and they weren't as "colorful" as I thought they were. 10. Dude, I used to day trade ALL the time. It was fun making 2-20 grand in one day and then losing it the next. Mind you, these were penny stocks, but when they hit, they hit big. Ask me how much my portfolio is now worth... I just logged onto E-trade (it's been so long, I almost forgot my password) and saw this for one of my stocks: Current Value: $0.011 Qty : 40 Price Paid: $3.875 Total Gain: -$174.51 -99.75% Market Value: $0.44 The sad thing is that 3 others on this account had de-listed. I started out with 2 grand in this particular e-trade account. Now my balance is $0.71 Not even enuf for a newspaper. LOL Butthead: Whoa! Burritos for breakfast! Beavis: Yeah! Yeah! 15. Northern California Skydivers list. It is a yahoo group that contains information from all the nor*cal drop zones in the bay area. Not intended for talkback, but about events and incidents in the area. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/norcal_skydiving/ Butthead: Whoa! Burritos for breakfast! Beavis: Yeah! Yeah! 16. That was taken verbatim from the NCS and it got me thinking about it and I wonder what the rest of you think. If there was NO chance in hell that you would die or get injured, would you still skydive ? Isn't half the fun, dealing with the risk ? A gamble if you will...mostly in your favor. I don't want this to turn into a "practice safety" and "accidents can be avoided" type of thread. This is simply a question that you should ask yourself: " If there was no risk, would you still skydive ? " I also did not give you very many poll options.... just answer yes or no and give a reason if you care to. I would still do it, cause I like to fly my canopy and I like the people, just to name a couple reasons. Butthead: Whoa! Burritos for breakfast! Beavis: Yeah! Yeah! what do I do

This ball is already in motion on this one, guys. I doubt this will end up in court. I personally know the individuals (as well as others here) and the matter will be resolved. Thanks for your concern.

Hey I'm in California. I got some friends... Got an address ?? Try to find out what dz they go to and then call up the dz and see if they can harrass the person into making things right with you. Or PM one of us Norcal people and maybe we know the person and can talk to them. Butthead: Whoa! Burritos for breakfast! Beavis: Yeah! Yeah! Cool! bellyflier on the dz.com hybrid record jump
