    You paid for ONE license, for ONE computer... Once its installed and activated on that ONE computer, you are not allowed to install it on any more computers. Thats why you get the COA and stick it to that computer. I just got a new Dell Studio 1555, it came pre-loaded with windows 7. Before I got this, I still had my old Inspiron e1505 with XP Pro. I am slowly coming to terms with 7. Its actually pretty cool, once you do a few things to it, you can even make it look like XP, if that floats your boat. I just ordered the re-install DVD for 7, so I can upgrade my Hard drive and do a clean install of it. (they always want to give you like 4 damn partitions, and take up alot of free space!) Once I get this new drive and disk, Ill be figuring out how to dual boot 7 and some flavor of Linux.     FBCB2 is a computer system people can track movements in the area with, so they watch a screen, click on an icon and see what the speed is. You gotta be pretty damn bored to go thru all that...     You stopped?? Theres your problem. Im hearing of people who are getting so bored, that the MPs are watching the FBCB2 to see who is speeding, and issuing tickets to the units that own the trucks. I never got pulled over on VBC, almost did a few times out west, but that was before our MPs had real radar guns. Who knows, next deployment could be my lucky one, as I am always going to and from BIAP.     Prolly had something to do with the 123 I got for COMMO on my ASVAB. Oddly enough, I did score higher on Electrical, Food, Maint, Mechanical, Field Artillery, and Combat... Come to think of it, my lowest scores were GT and Admin... guess I dont make a good pencil pusher. I do have the MOS that requires the highest scores in the Signal Corps...     ZERO is an absolute, 0.45 is not it is 45 100ths of a minute, it is NOT ZERO mintues It is zero minutes elapsed, so it doesnt count as a whole minute... But, if you want to go down that road, then the first year was only say, 11/12ths (for november) of a year, so its not 1 year yet.     I stand corrected, there is a Year Zero, It's HERE, and only here Take a stopwatch, note the HH:MM:SS look like 00:00:00 Hit start, give it a few seconds, then stop... it will look like 00:00:45. SO while there have been no minutes, there is more than 0 minutes. It is counting the first minute, which is 0, so there are 0 minutes, but still more than absolutely no time elapsed. I dont see whats so difficult about understanding this...     Damn, that’s one of the originals. You had to color in the yellow warning area. Sweet. Sparky Mine is even OLDER...2 grand red line & the ole 'really fat' needle, without the 'counter balance' part on the south end, past the pivot point. Works like new, and the face must be something different than in later models...barely has a scratch! By 'Later Models' you mean anything manufactured in the past century?     Good. The first instance of something is labeled as 1. That's what we've been saying. You don't call your first skydive 'Jump 0'; you call it 'Jump 1'. Likewise, you don't call the first year 'Year 0'; it's 'Year 1'. From there it's a simple counting operation to go from decade to decade (or century to century, or millennium to millennium). But its not a year, until the year is done... a year is 365 days, not one... so up until the 365th day, its not one year yet. Not getting into leap years here... Year 1 wasn't over until 12/31/0001. So what? Prior to making your first skydive, did you tell people you were going to make your first jump or your zeroth jump? The first year wasnt over till 1/1/0001... which is when year 1 started, which was the second year.     I think Im going to move to Australia in the winter from now on... It was in the 30s/40s in SOUTHERN ALABAMA this weekend OR you can just move to hawaii where it's 80 degrees year round...and we bust out the jackets when it hits 70.. Eh. A Zero has nothing to do with a calender and chronology Using a 24 hour day, what time is midnight? 00:00 Then you add a minute and get 00:01, add an hour and you get 01:01... but it had to start at 0.     Maybe im just too smart to try to dumb this down to your level it could be ANY year or for that matter, any time during a day in that year, that you could count starting or ending a decade. The callender is just an easy way for us to keep track of seasons, cycles of the moon and revolutions around the sun.
