____________________________ They are, maintaining that idea! If, you break-down the days they work in comparison to the pay-check they recieve, those aren't bad wages. These people are just using the system and cheating the people! They don't necessarily have to come-up with new laws but, what ever happened to the idea of; 'A day's work... for a Day's pay? Chuck -

What really gets me is, the fact that our congress, only worked 38-days... total, for the year 2006! Aren't these the same people who when running for their office made all these promises to the voters that they would work 'hard' for them? None of 'em would know a hard day's work if it kicked them in the butt! Chuck -

I voted NO. I don't trust politicians in general. I don't care which party they belong to. I just think that, politicians are self-serving and out for what they can get for themselves while feeding the voters a long line of shit. I think too, each senator, congressman, president... whatever, could only serve 1-term then out they go. Also, get rid of the lobbyists... totally. It's worth a try! Chuck -
There is absolutely nothing wrong with saying please and thank you to waitstaff. They aren't personal servants'. They are trying to make your time at their establishment as pleasant as possible. You, are absolutely correct about saying 'please' and 'thank you'. Some folks feel that waiters and waitresses are like 2nd. class citizens. Waitstaff are only trying to do a job and make a living like most other folks. Being polite and courteous goes a long way. Chuck

Dramatic girl, should be on 'Days of Our Lives". I like Paula but, she does have some 'demons'. Randy, is more 'interesting' this year. More like Simon. Chuck

____________________________ Duh, me! Thanks, for straightening me out on that. I was thinking of the guy who was adopted. Seemed like, he had a fairly good voice. The one who really impressed me was, the little girl who skipped school to get there. That took a lot of guts and want to. Plus, she could sing. Chuck

_______________________________ After what we had been through before him, I was surprised! The guy can sing. I was really getting tired of all the whining and sobbing. Chuck
