Well in that case she might have been being true to her reality. Perhaps it is time that her staff chose someone that really can work a miracle or two and dress her up with some less obvious faux class. Granted, she doesn't dress like Jackie Kennedy-Onasis but she does express herself in her clothing. I still don't think it's all that bad. Chuck

Looks like 'Nabby' is a 'hold-out'! He hung-up when Garth Snow, the Islanders GM called! He wants to go to Detroit and cannot see why the Islanders want want him with no chance of making the play-offs. 'If' he does not show-up at the Islanders, they can keep him from playing in the NHL next season. This could get interesting. Chuck

At a church in Deep-South Mississippi, the preacher was baptizing church members. One man stepped-up and the preacher led him out into the pond. The preacher spoke to the man for a few moments then dunked him backwards into the water. Held him briefly then pulled the man up. "Do you BELIEVE?", the preacher roard! The man sputtered and responded; "I believe!" The preacher dunked the man again and again bellowed; "Do you BELIEVE?" The man again responded with "I believe!" Three more times, the preacher repeated the dunking. Finally, the preacher bellowed; "What do you believe?" The man being baptized sputtered; "I believe you tryin' to drown me!" Chuck

I didn't read that story. I'm not surprised that they hate it in Russia. Ley's see if, he can get the Islanders to the play-offs. That's going to take just shy of a miracle. Chuck

I heard that! I was watching the Red Wings game and Mickey Redmond made the announcement. I agree with Chris Osgood... "Why would they (Islanders) do that?" The Islanders are the 3rd worst team in the league. Nabakov only had a .888 save % with the KHL. He was dropped less than a year into a four year contract. The Red Wings are in a bind now. Not to mention, they're losing to Chicago, after 2-periods. Chuck

The Wings have until noon today to know if they have Nabakov or not. All the other teams have until then to make-up their minds. I think, the Wings will get him. I haven't read or heard where any other team is scrambling for him. The deal is, the Wings can't keep using their goalies in Grand Rapids without bringing them up 'full-time' or losing one to waivers. The Wings are also trying to get Jimmy Howard some relief. Ozzie will be out till some time in March. All the injuries the Wings are going through right now (7-players) they're in a bind and need to win some games. I really don't think, Nabakov is the answer. We'll see... Chuck

Good for him! I enjoy seeing stuff like that. Got to be a huge confidence builder. I was hoping Vancouver would lose. Detroit blew a 3-goal lead but managed to win in over-time. I guess, you've heard... Detroit is trying to get Nabakov!? Ozzie is supposed to be out till March after hernia surgery. They can't keep using back-ups. Chuck Nabakov....there goes Detroit's Cup chances. Detroit is looking for a good goalie but I question their thinking about Nabakov! If, he was 'that' good, wouldn't the Sharks have offered him another contract? I thought Joey McDonald did pretty good for Detroit and with a little more time, I think he could be a darned good back-up to Howard. Detroit's biggest problem is with their defence. Also, the fact they do too much passing the puck and not taking shots. Drives me nuts! They'll pass-up a good chance to shoot and pass the puck, usually ending in a turn-over. Chuck

It was a fall morning and we were all gathered at Jake's ranch to work cattle. The sun wasn't anywhere's near up yet and the breakfast was the best. Jake's wife made the best biscuits anyone ever ate. One of the biggest reasons we helped work Jake's cattle. Breakfast was finished and we were all sitting at the table drinking coffee and talking. Jake excused himself and went to the 'relief house'. They had a 3-holer! A little time passed and Jake re-appeared and grabbed a coat-hanger. He straightened it out leaving the hook end. That had my curiosity up so, I followed him outside. I asked Jake; "What are you fixin' to do?" He told me that his jacket fell into the middle hole and he was going to get it out. I said; "You're not going to wear that thing... are you?" He said; "No! I left a biscuit in the pocket!" Chuck

She walked away. she didn't hurt herself didn't drown didn't stick around, didn't file a complaint with the mall security(until the next day) there was no immediate need for help. Sit back and laugh your asses off. This moron is a self pitying crybaby who is looking for money that she doesn't have to steal from other peoples credit cards.
