lol..The difference between "Rights" and "Privilege" is anything but simple. The Webster's Dictionary defines "Privilege" 1) A right, advantage, favor,or immunity granted to some person, group of person, or class ect..ect.. 2) A basic civil right, guaranteed by a government..ect..ect..ect. So I guess it's not that great of simple fact call. I never ever said it was O.K to drive drunk, I said it's Not O.K, The point I'm trying to get threw to people is that these laws are getting excessive, And I'm not talking about arresting or punishment of the drunk drivers.I'm talking about the laws that treat adults like children, Like If I buy a 6 pack a mile from my house, I'm not allowed to open a beer in the car on my way home. If I'm in a mall and I want to drive to the other side of the mall I have to, by law, put my seat belt on. If I'm on my way to work the night shift I have to be late because the kustopo I mean police have a road block checking all motorists to see if there is anyone drinking or breaking road rules. If I want to drive My motorcycle to my neighbors house a block down the road I have to put on a helmet.(Diff state laws vary). What I'm saying is just because it's a law don't mean it is right, I feel you will understand when you want to B.A.S.E off a national park cliff. Or when the people start saying skydiving is dangerous and want to ban it also.Don't laugh and say Naw it won't happen. More simple right have been denied in this country due to close minded law makers. I was asked my opinion, don't flame me when I give it. ------Have a good one!--------

I NEVER said it was O.K to drive drunk. What I mean is that people should be first allowed to "set limits for themselves and be disciplined enough to take themselves off the road" and if they don't then and only then should they be arrested and severely punished. My problem is that because some people don't have that capability then I pay for it with my rights to make my own adult decision. I'm almost 38 y/o, I need paper to figure out how many close friends of mine lost there lives due to drunk/druged/driving. Off hand I'm coming up with 8. And I wish they where all still here. But just because some people over do it should all lose simple rights?. I'm just saying that it gets to a point when the laws get excessive, Like If I get caught with a "Open Container" of beer while driving, I get a 30 day loss of D.L, Hundreds if not thousands of dollars in penalties, a bad record, insurance hikes and possibly even lose my car, because I wanted to drink a beer on the ride home from work, ONE BEER.That is not right. And don't even get me started about road blocks stopping people to see if there breaking the law or adults having to wear seat belts or bike helmets. Laws should not be made to punish everyone. ------Have a good one!--------

I think it's total bull shit that a law can be made in the U.S.A that say's I can't drink a beer while driving my own car, I'm not saying driving drunk is O.K, It's not, But one beer is not drunk, I'm an adult, I pay my taxes that keep the road maintained, If this is the land of the free then how can someone say what I can or can not drink in my own car. Who's holding the mortgage?? The owner?(sounds like it). If so get a signed by the owner "Agreement of Sale" contract.Take that to the bank along with the written proof that proves your $#'s are correct, and you have reasonable credit, I'm pretty sure they would give you a starting loan with that kind of written collateral. I bet this ol'lady had the landscaping and general repair done by others and paid for it. If you do all that there is more money to be saved. I'D GO FOR IT. There not exactly ferrel, there old fat and lazy, spayed or neutered and all very spoiled. They spend most of the winter in the house sleeping by the wood burner/heat vents and most the summer sleeping around the house. Wild thing about cats is how they differ personality wise, I have cats that run up to you and play/beg/attack when spunky. And then on the other hand I have cats that just eat and sleep here and could not be bothered with anyone. ------Have a good one!--------

That thing is great, Put me down for 7, one for each cat that lives here on the farm, Can you tell I'm a dog person??. My G/F is the Cat person, I always tell her "When I'm dead your going to turn into the Crazy old Cat Lady". It's amazing, open a can of tuna and they come out of the wood work. Pick up the Pet Carrier box and there gone for days. One of my favorite days is "Vet Day" when me and my boys (2 big dogs) get to go on a "Kitty Round Up". I use big leather welding gloves a Salmon fishing net and of course the dogs, The dogs don't bite the cats because there not allowed but they sure do like chasing them around the house with Daddy (Me) when allowed. Sandy (My G/F) spends all morning being nice and gathering them up.Putting them in the Carriers, I get the last hour for the last remaining rebels who know what's up and don't wanna go...heeheehee. ------Have a good one!--------

We had a King Air most of the summer with a Caravan that took it's place when down/busy, and also was treated to a "Beech 99 Airliner" that was cool but my heart belongs to Otters for the all around jump plane. I believe there will be small attacks somewhere somehow. I hope there not in the US and I hope small private planes are not used. Because if small planes are used you can forget private aviation as we now know it. And what scares me is how very easy it can happen.

We have not stopped laughing about it, Scary thing is she did great all threw the class and ride and climb out, just blacked out when it was time to leave on "go". I left a funny part out of that story, After she landed and we heard she was O.k, I turned to the 2 remaining stu's in the back of the plane and said "See she's O.k, Just got a little sleepy..lol..your next". Both went and did real well. It was a new jump pilot at the time and to this day he loves telling that story around the fire. ------Have a good one!--------

Many years ago I was J/M static line stu's outta a 182. A girl in her 20's did everything she was suppose to all the way to hanging on the strut. I looked her in the eyes and yelled go! Her eyes rolled back and she was out cold, funny thing is she did a pretty good exit, definitely a relaxed exit, I have seen awake people do worse. Well the pilot an I immediately contacted the d/z owner and ground crew via radio and told them she was unconscious, they asked what to do and I suggested yelling "wake-up" on her radio, the pilot and I could hear them yelling on the radio as we flew around her with our door open and watching, she awoke, looked down and started screaming and kicking, stopped screaming, gained her composure and listened to her radio/ground crew, landed, threw up, took her gear off where she landed and ran to her car never to be heard from again..lol.. It's funny now that everything worked itself out but was very interesting as it was happening. ------Have a good one!--------
