    As a total newbie who is getting ready to order my first new rig, anything but a metal reserve handle makes me uncomfortable right now. When the time comes for my 1st cutaway I'm sure my training and EP practice drills will kick right in and I'll be peeling the cutaway handle and then punching out the metal handle. It's so ingrained in my head to reach for the reserve handle with my thumb through the handle..... a soft reserve would mess with my brain. In the future, maybe my opinion will change, but in the foreseeable future, it's metal for me. Just my .02. Always be kinder than you feel.

    Someone busted my balls saying they never saw me jump, then I said I bet I'll have my B license by the time they got back from being out of town. That someone said they didn't think I could do it. So here I am with exactly 2 weeks left to not be a chump. Always be kinder than you feel.

    I have 2 weekends left to get 13 in... 3 or 4 jumps a day for 4 days, easily done without weather holds. Take off early from work on Fridays and sneak one or two jumps in too. I wish I could but I can't right now... Big project. Always be kinder than you feel.
