Yeah, I don't think so. Don't wish to hijack the thread or anything but yeah they were lucky. All their teachers spoke fluent English, all their books had complete sentences, they studied 1/5th as much as we had to.....and there were as many girls as guys in the classes. So they had the time and the opportunity to have more fun than engineering students did....on average. WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSSSSSSSSSSHHHH!! Always be kinder than you feel.

Yeah, and it was someone I've known since freaking grade school. And it was a million years ago but I finally had to tell my Dad and he took care of his "fascination with me". He was a really nice surprise. Happened when I wasn't expecting or looking for it... And he's an engineer!! Always be kinder than you feel.

That video was awesome!! This was one of the biggest reasons I just got certified. I GOTTA swim with the sharks!! What depth did you have to go to? I only have my Open Water right now... waiting until it's warmer to get my Advanced. I'm going to Vieques for scuba after the Puerto Rico boogie so I am REALLY hoping to see some of these beautiful creatures. I looked for organized shark dives but I couldn't find any in Vieques. Oh well... Always be kinder than you feel.

Yeah, isn't it awesome when guys will peer into windows of bars to watch you? And then break into your apartment when you're not home to take the stuff they've bought you over the course of the relationship (man, I miss those skis)... and then leave notes and flowers on your car in your work parking lot? And call and have your utilities turned off? And go out and buy an engagement ring and come over your house, barge in the front door (when your new boyfriend is on his way over for dinner) and try to put the ring on your finger?? And send 6 dozen roses with fucking psycho love poetry... And go to your Mom's office and beg her to "talk some sense into her"? And drive by your house every single night, multiple times. And try to befriend your brothers with gifts of football box seats and shit like that?? OMG. Man, stalkers fucking rock. Always be kinder than you feel.

No, just the running boards of my CR-V and then the back of my calf on my stockings when I was getting out of the car. Yup, that would mean I opened the door and heaved. Hit the running boards and then it splashed to the driveway. Always be kinder than you feel.

DON'T do it!! The night of my Dad's viewing a few weeks ago I took an Ativan (lorazepam) in the late afternoon to try and calm my nerves. After the viewing I went out with some friends and had a few glasses of wine. I was soooooooooo fucking sick. Puked all over my new boyfriend's driveway. Red wine + mozzarella sticks = pink mush. I ended up staying there with friends a couple of nights during the boogie when I couldn't drive. They had one of the basement rooms and it was dark and quiet. I actually loved sleeping until 11am with no sunlight waking my hungover ass up. But the roosters were another story. And roaches?? OMG. So happy I didn't see any down there... and the guys never mentioned seeing them either. A couple of the guys are staying there this year again. And had I not rented a beach house I would've stayed there because it is so close to the DZ. One glimpse of a roach I would've freaked the fuck out and split though.... to where, I haven't a clue!! Uh oh... just thought of something. I really like the restaurant at the front of the hotel... now I'm gonna be thinking about roaches when I go there again... YIKES!! Always be kinder than you feel.
