  4. Yes, I use it more than any other of my broad spectrum antibiotics unless the culture and sensitivity results dictate something else. As you know FIV is viral and not susceptible to antibiotics. You may try interferon which is antiviral. Convenia would be good for secondary bacterial infections that result from the immunosuppression. ... Thank you for the detailed explanation. I really appreciate it! Always be kinder than you feel.

  6. I think that is the case with most women.
  7. May he DID and that's the reason for the hyped Velveeta shortage (which I don't believe anyway). There's a Velveeta shortage? When did that happen? Believe it! My frig is totally devoid of Velveeta! Oh, wait... That sounds like bait! I only have 2 of the 24OZ bars and 4 cans of Ro-Tel. A pound of extra lean hamburger and about 16 ounces of home made chili sauce makes a GREAT dip. Sounds spicy as hell!! Always be kinder than you feel.
  8. Awwww!! Lucky you!! Always be kinder than you feel.

  16. Me too...eight years ago got a call at work that the house was on fire. Sucked wholesale losing 20 years worth of pic's...sucked worse losing our cat Garcia. Had a bunch of the pic's scanned and backed up on a disc...the disc in a drawer right under the PC ...that burned to the ground. Learned that lesson the hard way. OMG... I'm so sorry. Always be kinder than you feel.
  17. I've given away all of the things that push my buttons. Always be kinder than you feel.
  18. This event actually reminded me I need to move some more things to the bank vault. Nothing of great monetary value, more sentimental. Always be kinder than you feel.

  20. I think the most heartstopping way to wake up is the fire alarm at 3am. Those milliseconds before you realize it's the low battery signal are the worst seconds in my life. I still get up and will run down the stairs with shaky legs from being scared and search my house from top to basement. Logic tells me if it was a fire they all would start going off, not just one beeping sporadically but I still must check. I have 2 separate smoke/carbon monoxide set ups. One is hard wired from the original construction (they're the suckers that beep in the middle of the night) and the other are wireless sensors that transmit with the security system. They send low battery signals to the control panel. Always be kinder than you feel.
  21. Funny you say that. When this house was being built I inquired about having them installed and was told it wasn't in the original approval plans for all of the house models/elevations and it would have to go back before council for review/approval. My Dad told me to have them installed but I didn't listen since it was going to extend the construction by months, I never followed through with it. I was also told I was the only person in the 90 house development that asked out an interior fire suppression system, which I found surprising. Just last week I heard something on the news that New Jersey is thinking about requiring sprinklers in all new residential construction. I was on the fence with "requiring" but after the other day, I'm changing my tune. Always be kinder than you feel.
