I have 2 Skypimps a freefly and a top mount camera helmet. I lost my first freefly helmet and it was replaced at no cost even though it was my fault. Heres a few shots from upcoming Gravity Rats video which at some points looks like an ad for Skypimp. Note I usually have a 35 mm mounted over the logo works great for tandems although the size of the platform means you get video and 35 mm no room for anything else. Quality is top notch, I don't know about the right side mount deal but to me it doesnt seem to make a difference which side the camera is on, but again thats an issue I don't have to deal with. Lead time is probably 6-10 weeks as this is his hobby/therapy and not a full time job.

Basic photography says your issue was underexposure. Since you have immediate feedback you should have turned your camera to manual opened up the the f-stop all the way and then take a pic of something in the same conditions if you have the same prob then step down the shutter speed and repeat until fixed. I actually forgot about film speed until I saw speed formulas post but then again I'm barely hugging one leg on this elephant. I've heard the magic lantern has really good manuals also

My .02 since Rob asked. Assuming freefly friendly gear. I would suggest going out in a sit (it's the easiest time to hold it in the beggining) as you get to terminal you'll probably go unstable no worries just try to fall backwards on to your back if you start spinning on your back try to counter it if you can't go to belly get stable and try to go to a sit or flip to your back and then try for the sit whatever your more comfortabe with. Try to stay of your belly. This doesn't mean if it goes to shit you can't go to your belly, it's just a good habit to get into so when you start jumping with others you won't cork on them. Try to keep everything at 90 degrees from the knee down 90 from knee up which is 90 from the torso armst at shoulder height bent 90 at the elbow (don't worry to much about body position at first get stable first then work on it). As far as starting on your back then going to sit that works great too ( I actually spent a lot of time on my back learning to sit so I kinda think it's six of one a half dozen of the other) Hope I didn't muddy the waters too much for ya PS After you get stable for a few jumps find a coach or a good FF'er to go out with ya until then it's solos

Uhhh you have to put keyframes (small diamond bottom right in audio controls) at the points you want to fade the volume. Where ever you put a keyframe you get the ability to adjust the volume between that point and the adjacent keyframes PS you could have found this in Premiere help and been done a long time ago ;-P (HELP > INDEX > V > VOLUME)

expand the audio track then you have to select show track volume. Then you'll get the slider. To fade either overlay the video tracks and use the opacity sliders, or use one of the transitions.
