Sorry this is off the subject but I'm really interested in this statement. Mark, can you reference what FAR you are talking about. I'm looking at my 2005 FAR/AIM and see nothing about it nor have I ever heard of such a thing in all the years I've been jumping and flying. In fact I've always heard quite the opposite about "farmer McNasty's" and know of several stories where skydivers have been fined for landing on private property. If what you're saying is correct I would like to know where it's written in case I ever need it. Skydive Radio
