    A high level visiting coach was with a visiting VFS team in Eloy a few months ago and he had a gopro mounted on the net. It was fine until the end of the session: since it provided a bit of leverage for even small incidental contact, it spread the net wires a bit, and a flyer's foot went through the net when he stepped close to it. Nothing bad happened, but, he could have easily been injured. Remster

    Chemicals would need to be in an extremely impervious casing. Any exposure to any element would cause decay. And that includes around whatever space around the cutter or the electronics entry port (needed to initiate) into the head. Also, you cant test them without "firing" them. Remster

    I assume he is... So is Don Kellner... If they'd stopped, I'm sure it'd be newsworthy. Hundreds of jumpers stop every year. Unless they themselves made a big deal of it, why do you think Bill and Don's retirement would be so newsworthy? Remster

    Cary a change of clothes (in fact, try and not check in any bags if you can). Hydrate. Bring a sandwich, or eat at the airport (for NA travel anyway). Get to the airport early enough, but don't go crazy about it. Bring something to read. Remster

    Typically, not many (if any) team trains for 10way. They're often the 4way teams or 8way teams combining with who is sticking around to form the teams. The points are drawn randomly the day before from a small pool (12 possible formation). That's like that in 4, 8 and 16 way too (and in 4w VFS and 2w too). One of them is always the round.
