Ok, so she isn't quite so brand new anymore... but I got her on October 9th. Then Travis had his accident and I just forgot to post a pic of her. She's my pride and joy.

That's what I thought, too. Wal-Mart's website has a section on their registry page to register for wedding or baby or special occasion including housewarming. We were thinking that since we don't have anything to speak of, we could register for the things we need, but I do have to agree with you. I do think it's tacky... but I wanted to ask. LOL

I think the "pre-second" stuff is dumb, too. I'm glad I'm not the only onw. LOL I'll send you the address once it's done & official. You know how Murphy's law is. LOL

When you moved into or bought your first place, did you register for "housewarming" gifts? We are buying our first home and have nothing for it. We have lived in a travel trailer for the last year and basically everything is built in. LOL We want to register at Wal-Mart (since they are every where) because we know our families will want to buy us things... and we want to get what we want for our home. Is this acceptable? How do we go about letting everyone know? Wal-Mart.com has registry announcements that have our information printed on them. All I have to do i print them out and mail them to people. I always thought this was a no-no. Any hints as to how to make this less "tacky?" Edited to not sound so dumb

At least you made it to work. I didn't even get out of bed until noon. Congested, sweating, chills, overall yucky.

I got a few e-mails overnight, but not near a many as I am expecting. I should still have close to 20, if not more, that I haven't gotten. Is anyone else having trouble?? I'm expecting one with some information in it...

I sent some test messages too. I can't imagine how many e-mails have piled up since I checked this morning. I know Sangiro is at PIA and busy, but I sure hope someone can get this fixed! It's making me a little crazy.

We're still in Z-hills for the moment. We haven't made a definite decision about what to do with the trailer. We're moving to Lakeland... a little further away than just across the field! LOL

Am I the only one with this problem? I just got a couple of IMs from people asking if I had gotten an email from them. I should have about 20 emails, but I haven't gotten any. This is frustrating!!

We're buying a house!!!!!!!! We'll be moving from the dz and a travel trailer into a nice 3 bedroom 2 bath block home. Much safer from the hurricanes! I'm so excited... and scared, too.

I'm not getting my e-mails. I bid on and won an eBay auction and should have gotten a notice from that. Plus I had a PM and didn't get an e-mail telling me. Is it just me?

Someone told me about a website that I can go to to get information, like the purchase price and last appraisal amount, about a house. Does anyone know what that website is? I can get it from her in the morning, but I'm anxious and want to look at it tonight!
