Can't eat tripe. I ate chitlin's once, though. They tasted like boiled shit. Can't eat chorizo, either. It tastes good, but the ingredients listed are "salivary glands, lymph nodes and cheek."

Foul mouthed and hot tempered orthopods are definitely found outside the military too. An old anesthesiologist I knew years ago wanted to develop a blood test to give to newborns to see if they would grow up to be orthopods. If it was positive you could crush their heads like eggshells and leave them on the beach at low tide. -

I have yet to ever see a film that accurately portrays what goes on in an operating room, and there have been scores of movies and hundreds of scenes that attempt to go there. It makes me wonder if they ever bother to hire a physician consultant who actually practices medicine, or if they heed their opinions at all. -

Green tanks, of course, contain oxygen. Nitrous oxide would be contained in a blue cylinder. Yellow tanks are filled with compressed air. Plain old air we breathe. Go figure. I have no explanation why Bill would be taking hits of room air.

I have a question that's been bouncing around in my noodle for a couple months. Let's say a skydiver with only a modest number of jumps pulls and deploys a lightly loaded canopy without incident. It's there and square and flying straight. Upon unstowing the brake lines he discovers a knot that precludes flaring on the one side. He's now at 4K. What would be the problem with flying to the LZ and landing with rear risers as opposed to chopping?
